We enjoyed our short stay. Mr Chan place is clean, Comfortable, spacious and quiet. This listing has almost everything we needed for a short stay. The water filter is a big plus. Kitchen is well equipped. A big fridge, pots and pans, cutlery and mugs too. Water pressure & temperature is excellent for warm showers. There are 3 showers & toilets in this listing. Ample of house slippers, Comfortable sofa. Big dining table. We loved the balcony with view of green. It is about 10 mins walking to Tanah Rata bus terminal where there are many eateries and shops available there. Besides the apartment, there are also eateries n convenience shops available. If you are looking for a value for money, spacious and clean place to stay in Tanah Rata . This is definitely the place.

This place is in a very convenient location with free parking and easy access to everything. The host is also very responsive and kept in touch with us when necessary. Thank you for hosting us.

We were so pleased with this place. Moo was so kind and generous, and picked us up from the bus station. We didn't have a car, but it took only 30 minutes to walk to town, via a beautiful back path. Down a secret staircase from the apartment complex is access to a small village with vegetables for sale and many many tea and scone places. Grab is also readily available. thanks for a wonderful stay.

This apartment has,in my opinion,one of the best locations. It offers a beautiful view of nature and town.Downstairs,you can find a convenience store and several restaurants,just be mindful,some of them dont open early.Upon booking,the host sent a guide with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit,which was very thoughtful,the host gave us an early check in,it s subject to availibility,and communicated throughout our stay.The place was clean,keep in mind,no cooking is allowed,you can make tea or coffee and they have a microwave,no stove. There is a mold smell,but it is an issue in all buildings in the area due to heavy rains,we kept the balcony door and windows open to air out the place,which worked for us. The hot water works,you just have to ask the host on how it works.Very nice place,overall.
