Vacation rentals with lake access in Guatemala

Amazing stay! The view makes it hard to leave. The host arranged tours for us and transportation back to the city and answered every question on we had. Highly recommend.

Spectacular experience, especially for us a family with young children, at the most incredible spot in Lake Atitlan. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay with great design, wonderful service, and an authentic experience overall. We loved San Marcos as a home base and were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of Annika, Daniel, Sandra, and the rest of the team. We can’t wait to visit again someday.

A Beautiful home. Very peaceful, definitely recommend. Have to go up a few set of stairs but nothing hard. The dock is in close proximity.

Second time coming to this Airbnb and loved it even more this time. The views and house are spectacular. Dominga made us breakfast both nights and she made our trip so much better. Super sweet and accommodating. Anastasio was always available when we needed him. Will come Back again!

Quite literally the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! I’m about to come back to the lake just to stay here! This was the perfect place for a getaway with my friends. So comfortable, beautifully designed and spacious. Also being directly on the lake is a huge plus and the filtration system throughout the house is so rare and clutch. Guy gave us extensive recommendations and was so helpful throughout and we felt so secure knowing he was next door. There was never a blip or bump in the travel road due to his detailed communication and instructions. The best stay ever!

This place is absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Humberto was always there when we needed him as well as Albert for any additional questions we had. If you’re looking for a little slice of heaven, you’ve found it!

The place is very close to the main street in Panajachel. There is a La Torre supermarket just a 3 minute walk away. The place is very clean and has parking where you can park pickup. The only downside is that there is a notice stating that if check-in was after 6pm, an extra fee was charged. Other than that, it was a very cozy and pleasant place to stay.

Great space right in the heart of San Pedro!

Stunning views and a quick walk to town! We didn't see better views of Lake Atitlan from any other place. It was a joy to relax in the house and take it all in! When we needed to get into town for groceries and to restaurants, we took a pleasant walk through local roads, always passing by a tuk tuk if we wanted a ride instead.

It is a nice apartment with a nice view. Silvia was always on the lookout for anything we were offered. This apartment is next to a hotel that they let you use their facilities except to lend you their kayaks. Well-equipped and clean.

Ana is the best host! She was always very responsive and she helped us a lot with whichever we wanted! The apartment was beautiful with private surroundings, very clean, very well equipped kitchen! Everything was spotless! We totally recommend! Thank you Ana!

Our stay at Atitlan Sunset Lodge was wonderful mainly because of the landscape and the beautiful facilities that accompanied us and secondly for the friendly attention of the team at all times. As well as the activities we had at our disposal. I thank Armand for giving us the opportunity to experience something magical. Likewise for the surprise of the sauna😍. We definitely recommend Sunset Lodge and we hope you can continue hosting future travelers looking to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Pana.

This was the perfect place to relax and explore Lake Atitlan for the first time. First time in Guatemala and Atitlan I had so many questions and Miguel answered every one of them graciously. Most helpful host I’ve ever had. Santa Cruz was a lovely quiet home base, just be aware not much goes on at night and travel to and from other towns at night isn’t easy. Sacred trees pool and private pier were gorgeous. We had a delicious Guatemalan breakfast delivered to our room every morning, and relaxing massages from local women one day! Also most comfortable bed and pillows :) Really I have nothing but glowing reviews for Miguel, his team, and Terra at Sacred Tree. Thank you for being so welcoming and making our first experience at Lake Atitlan a great one.

The very attentive host, he made us many recommendations and helped us with many transports.. The clean and spectacular house, there was everything to cook and the house is close to the lake and pantry to buy groceries.. I would definitely stay there again

The place was exactly as described. We were a bit concerned about the toilet. Come to find out it was so easy and completely oder free. The view was stunning able to preform our yoga practice daily on the deck. The kitchen had eveything needed for cooking. Bare in mind you do need to bring food for your entire stay. You can take the water taxis to the different villages on the lake which is nice. The public water taxis are 25Q per person or 75Q per peraon for a private taxi. Highly recommended this place.

Fantastic stay! The house always exceeds all my expectations. From the first moment I felt very safe thanks to the privacy and measures of the place. The views are absolutely incredible, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was clean and well kept, and the host's attention was great. Definitely a place that I love to go back to. Highly recommended!

Pat’s Place is absolutely fantastic—the best place we stayed in Guatemala! It’s wonderfully private and peaceful, with a beautiful garden where birds are constantly coming and going. The casita is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a comfortable bed and a spotless, well-appointed bathroom. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—if you have the chance to book it, don’t hesitate. You’ll love it!

Perfect place to stay in atitlan. Calm, beautiful views, lots of nature around, we loved it. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook food everyday if you want. We’ll definitely come back! Thanks Miriam for all the help 🙌🏼

Pure Magic! The most gorgeous place built with love and intent. I am a young woman traveling alone. This was the most remote place I stayed and the safest I felt. A private oasis nestled safely in the mountains of Atitlan. The panoramic views are the best in the lake. The solar powered hot water and electricity work amazing. The WiFi was the strongest I had the entire trip. I don’t know how they do it, but you don’t question magic. Aline & Mikael are exceptional and send you lots of recs that I used even before check in. Truly, they thought of everything and more. The caretakers are lovely, attentive people. No wonder that Aline & Mikael chose them. El Indigo had great food and views. They also held my luggage safely while I explored Jabailito. The cabin was booked for all of Feb so that tells you everything. Pay the few extra dollars, the experience is worth so much more. While I have no shortage of reasons to return to Lake Atitlan, Sacred Garden is undoubtedly the top!

Media Luna was one of the best places i’ve ever stayed- the airbnb is surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens and the amenities like the kayaks and pool are fun and easy to use. The second floor had beautiful natural light and felt so peaceful. Gonna also made us feel extremely welcome and gave us amazing reccomendations and local knowledge. She’s a very kind person who helped us with whatever we needed :) We can’t wait to come back!
