Apartment vacation rentals in Guatemala

The apt is very nice! Everything was clean and tidy, we had no problems, we hope to return soon. ☺️

Great space... HUGE for our group of 5. Each room has it's own kitchenette and can be closed off as an individual unit. Top floor/penthouse was awesome. The space needs update like the windows are on metal frames and we had a huge wind storm in the city our first night so the windows rattled A LOT that night. Luckily the host knows this and provides ear plugs in every room. The space worked for our group and we would come back again. There's a shopping center that's 15-20 minutes walking which has great restaurants like RoofPong (try there chicago pizza! it's delicious)

Great view especially during sunrise. Bright place with comfortable beds. Clemente was helpful with any issues and with arranging tuk-tuks. Easy access to town from the back stairs.

Great location for shopping and getting essentials. It was easy to find and check in was easy. The entire apartment was well equipped with towels, pillows, and blankets. The kitchen was also well equipped and the living / dinning room area had enough spaces in order to get some work done. The WiFi was good and we got a great nights rest. Would stay here again!

it was such a hidden gem, I'd definitely come back. it was private and couldn't really hear traffic going through. it was clean and organized. they also give you plenty of water.

From the moment we arrived, the place made us feel right at home. We felt so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay for one more day to continue enjoying the amenities of the place and the view of Panajachel. Silvia was always attentive to make sure we had everything we needed, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We definitely hope to return soon to continue enjoying this special place.

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed and the hot tub was awesome! Great location with tons of stuff to do nearby and great hosts.

Even though we only stayed a night, this was one of my favorites in guatemala, a beautiful view of agua, fuego, and acatenengo! Having the windows and door open overnight felt amazing. Super clean and modern…and plenty of spaces within the building. The pool is very nice. Highly recommend.
