My stay at Phil's place was truly a highlight of my 2.5 years living in Costa Rica. The gardens are an absolute masterpiece. Every corner is thoughtfully designed with cosy seating areas and little stools where you can simply relax and soak in the tranquility. If you are a meditator this place is a dream come true! There are also multiple viewing platforms offering stunning views of the valley and the surrounding forest. The vast array of plants, fragrant blooms and the sound of birdsong create a truly magical atmosphere, especially in the morning sunshine. Phil was an exceptional host, welcoming to both myself and my dogs. They thoroughly enjoyed exploring the grounds, rolling on the lawns and visiting the river at the property's edge. The guest house itself was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. The sun-drenched patio was a perfect spot to unwind. An idyllic tropical haven! I would definitely stay again.

Our four-night stay over the New Year’s Eve holiday at Volare was nothing short of magical! It was the perfect setting for our family to come together and celebrate the start of a new year. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and beautiful the home was. The natural light pouring through the windows made the entire house feel warm and inviting, and we couldn’t get enough of the stunning views—especially the clouds and the birds that graced the sky each morning. Tucker was a fantastic host, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. It was clear that she cares deeply about the space and her guests. Yamilet, the property manager, was so friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and felt like a true retreat. This was the perfect escape for our family to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the holiday. We can’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, this home is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

We had an outstanding weekend. The house met our expectations. The gardens and the view are wonderful. Very well equipped. Oscar, who received us on the farm, super friendly and collaborating. Very friendly host too. We are hoping that we can return some day.

It was a simple, but very comfortable house. The views out the front door were amazing, you could see all of Cartago. And you could see Volcano Irazu around the back of the house. Everything was clean and Francisco was very helpful answering questions, etc.. It’s an interesting neighborhood on top of a hill but a little bit far out of town if you want to go out for dinner or whatever.

Wonderful place to stay. Great hosts. Nice patio, porches and outdoor space. Will definitely come again Of the 7 homes I stayed in in Costa Rica, the was the best.

Ilonka place was great! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. My 2 favorite things in that place was the big wall mirror in the living room and the master bathroom. Also had a good local restaurants that wasn’t far to get to. I would definitely recommend and come and book this place again. Thank you again!

An amazing stay with access to TV platforms like Netflix, a cozy bed. Very clean apartment! However, note that the surroundings are noisy (horns, dog jigs), if you are light asleep, traffic jams are recommended. The host responds very quickly and is friendly. I would 100% recommend!

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

The location is peaceful, safe, and easy to access, which made arriving and leaving completely hassle-free. Marleny and Drew were great hosts, always attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. Their friendly communication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. My stay was wonderful, the place exceeded my expectations from the first moment. The place was beautiful and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free experience. The facilities were spotless and thoughtfully decorated. The attention was exceptional. Location was perfect, quiet but close to everything you need. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

Great Airbnb and great host!

What a beautiful spot in the Central Valley. The view from the house is incredible. It’s a quiet neighborhood within easy driving distance of interesting sites in the valley. Clean, simple and organized, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

The gardens and surroundings were beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the chickens and interacting with the two very friendly dogs. We appreciated the rustic feel and the spacious hangout areas, in addition to the environmentally conscious initiatives by the owner. Note that ascending a fairly steep but short ramp is required to access the bedrooms, which may be difficult for people with limited mobility. We weren't there long enough to fully appreciate the river and walks in the surrounding area. Yorleny's help and suggestions were much appreciated.

The place is large and spacious with very nice views of the wind , just consider that to get there it must be strong cars since the slopes are very steep and the park is for small carts

Excellent cabin to be surrounded by nature, still close to the facilities of the city. The viewpoint is beautiful, and the cabin has common areas ideal for group sharing. There was enough space to park, and with a gate in front that made it safe.

The cabin was beautiful , I recommend visiting this place if they go with pets 🐶 our puppies had a wonderful time and we enjoyed incredible. Miguel's attention was excellent , at all times he responded and resolved all the doubts at the time and the jacuzzi is a plus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This beautiful home it's a great find in our list definitively its a must. Excellent in all aspects, we had a family trip to receive the new year and everybody was very satisfied with the house. Isabel is a great host she was very aware of our stay, she's very kind and polite. A big variety of birds and nature around the house, its a very peacefull place excellent for families.
