Very quiet house large and quiet, has a market in the condominium and many restaurants and beaches nearby I loved and I'm sure I will come back. Note: the porters always very polite and solicited gave tips and were always willing to help.

The stay was great, communication with Rita super fast, very understanding and help in whatever you can.

You're all set Check-in very practical through digital doorknob, gentle and caring gatekeepers, gave us the zap of the gatehouse to warn of our order from iFood. Clean and organized place. Kitchen with the basics, but works very well for short stays, catering very well. The building has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem, even with 2 young children. The parking space of the car is not at the door of the building, but it is in the back that we also saw no problem, because we were able to see our balcony car and we were more relaxed. There is a little market inside the condominium that saves, the prices are not abusive, a little more expensive, but it is worth the convenience. The city had an evaluation that complained about the shower, the pressure really varies during the bath, but just open the faucet a little more. We even found the shower great, with good pressure and temperature very easy to adjust. But you have to be willing to do the minimum, gas shower is not the same electric, you have to know how to use

Our best staying in Rio ever! The view was stunning, the apartment is spacious, charming, super clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s suitable for home office too, with fast internet. We felt right at home and loved the beach and restaurants in the surrounding! Last but not least, the hosts were very friendly and responsive and the building staff very welcoming! Everything was as we agreed, the apartment is small, it does not have air conditioning no window to the street. Perfect location, everything nearby, ideal for those who want to go to sleep and walk to playa de copa e Ipanema. Everything coincided with what I said

The apartment is just like the photos, impeccable bright and with an incredible view. The building has a 24-hour reception, making it very simple. The area is unbeatable, in the center of leblon, two blocks from the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Excellent place :)

Rodrigo and his brother Marcelo are exemplary hosts. Impeccable apartment, everything properly organized, with towels for guests and condominium with great safety infrastructure, food, leisure area and gym. The property's location is also privileged, with exit very close to the avenue of the Americas. There are also some restaurants very close to walking (and also a market), which made our stay a lot easier. I highly recommend the property!

First I want to thank Diane , my husband and I love the stay , very clean apartment, I didn't miss anything . I recommend to know the beach with the black tip, it is busier and the sea is quieter , enjoy the free public transport to all places of marica and air-conditioning , I did not spend anything with Uber. Where Ap is, I didn't see only grocery stores . But I went to the center and bought everything I needed at the supermarket . The place is beautiful, a little away from the commercial side, so it was very quiet, you are immersed in nature and the view of the room is beautiful too! Besides, Bárbara was great, responded quickly, met some demands that I had and always very kind. I recommend it!

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

Perfect apartment. Equipped with everything you need, perfect location, close to the Center, Country Club, Arp Space and Olaria's intimate fashion hub. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Just perfect!
