The place has 24/7 reception It's just like the photos. And minutes away from the beach. On our walk there were only women and we felt very safe.

Our stay in this apartment was great. The amphitrioes were very cordial and attentive to our needs. We hope to return in 2026.

D. Jaqueline and Mr. Paulo are very welcoming people, from the beginning they showed cordiality and were always available to answer questions and help with the day-to-day life of the house. Our biggest fear was the saltwater pool, but it was very peaceful in this regard. The kitchen has all the useful and necessary utensils for meals. What could improve: 1) having a bathroom outside would make it easier to maintain the cleanliness of the house, as you have to go in all the time and sometimes wet. 2) Replace the saltwater shower with fresh water outside. Otherwise, we had a fantastic weekend and will certainly return

The stay was great. We went in 9 people and stayed 4 nights. The house has all the utensils needed for cooking, well ventilated rooms (already with pillows, sheets and covers) and its indoor area is as spacious as the outside. Lucia was attentive and her response time was very quick.

I stayed in this house with my boyfriend, my aunt and my grandmother, and we were all delighted! The place is impeccable, very well cared for, clean and welcoming. Everything works perfectly and the appliances are modern, making everyday life much easier. The location is excellent: 20 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches of Itacoatiara and Itaipu; 10 minutes to the Mangue/Lake Itaipu, a tour that is very worthwhile; Markets and pharmacies just 6 minutes away; Uber and 99 work super well in the area, making everything even more practical. On all the beaches and trails we were, few people, a gigantic tranquility. It was a wonderful stay and we certainly recommend it to those who want comfort, good location and a welcoming environment. We look forward to returning soon!

It was a great overall experience We were a large group with children and dog and the house accommodated us perfectly. Highlight the silence!! My only recommendation is to bring repellent and insecticide, because at dusk there is a lot of mosquitoes. But nothing that compromises the experience (:

Everything is perfect, in every last detail. Everything very clean, organized and smelly, super cozy. We were enchanted by the place, beautiful view, backyard full of fruit trees, birds singing in the morning... The hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful, super polite and careful. I was delighted with the stay I plan to come back soon!!

We were a group of 8 people, who went for the second consecutive year for New Year's Eve to Josy's place. The apartment was spacious enough for the 8 of us to get in. In turn, the building has 24-hour security. As for the location, not only were we 1 minute away from the beach (posto 5), but it was also ideal for New Year's Eve, as people gather between postos 1 and 6. In addition, it is located in a very safe place, and with many supermarkets just a few meters away. Finally, as for the host, Josy, she is always available for whatever you need. Therefore, I fully recommend the accommodation whether you are a group of young people or a family.

A very nice place to stay, quiet, close to the best beaches in Rio. Hosts are always thoughtful and polite. For those who choose to go without a car, Uber is always available on time, with great prices. Supermarket and mall are close by, and can be reached on foot. Apt very clean, sanitized, with a beautiful view from the balcony. I loved the stay and will definitely be back more often.
