Brilliant location right on the coast. Two restaurants within 500m. Easy walk to shops and other restaurants. Quiet location with views of the sea. Easy access and plenty of parking. Two bedrooms and bathrooms making it perfect for at least 4 adults with an extra sofa bed in the lounge. Well equippped kitchen with two larder fridges. Nice outdoor space with upstairs balcony. Really enjoted our stay.

We had a nice stay because the apartment proposed by José Maria was not far from the city center and the neighborhood was quiet. In addition, He was always there for us and thank him very much for it. She is a trusted person and will not hesitate to contact him again for a future stay.

Very beautiful and charming house in the heart of San Roque. Federico was a great host with many tips (parking, restaurants, grocery stores, the town's history) and recommendations and the house was a precious one indeed. We felt right at home here – comfortable, and decorated with love. We enjoyed our stay very much and were particularly thrilled to get a chance to spend time in a historic building in a town whose history is so closely connected that of Gibraltar.

We loved our stay at this home. Everything was spotless and decorated with beautiful Christmas motifs, which added a very special touch to our experience. Also, we were surprised with a bottle of wine and sweets (a gesture that our son really enjoyed). The attention to detail and hospitality from the hosts was exceptional. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!
