We had a wonderful week in Mariola's house. The house is well equipped and looks exactly like the pictures. Of course, the great sauna and fitness area are particularly noteworthy. ;) Mariola was always easily accessible and a very friendly host. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very nice, modern and clean. Small but nice. We felt totally comfortable. Benjamin and his wife were super nice, always available and made us feel welcome. If we vacation in the region again, we would definitely come back.

As a family of 4, the loft was a perfect size. We came from Australia on a winter holiday and found the Loft and location idea for walking around Rosenheim and surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again if we come back, not just because the place was perfect, but our hosts Nic and Catherine were more than helpful. Our son was a little sick and they helped us with the correct translations for help at the doctors and pharmacy. Best bnb we have stayed in for a long time 🇦🇺😊

Great apartment with panoramic views, tastefully furnished - easy to feel good. Directly from the apartment there is a footpath, which takes you to the Mangfall river in 5 minutes; here you can take long beautiful walks. Ideal with dog. Christian is friendly and helpful - I'd love to come back. I'd love to come back 😊
