beautiful place. relaxing. no crazy noise. wish gym had better hours but host has no control over that. so walking around beach was exercise! toaster sets off fire alarm too so definitely put stove fan on for anything cooking! overall fantastic place and would visit again! thanks for sharing your place with us and thoughtful anniversary gift 💜

The host was very responsive and the room was exactly as listed. Great location to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Fantastic view and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We were all pleased with the unit , it is just what the Dr(Jesus) ordered. Rest relaxation, ease of access to areas of necessity Walmart, Malls, Beach in a nice clean beautiful comfy home away from home. Although I did leave finding one thing wrong. We started this process with 5 adults coming in for a wedding. Of course over time, we added a few. We ended as a party of 8. It was an awesome location, 15-20 min from everywhere we wanted or needed to be. It did get a bit tight with 8 but with 3 bathrooms, we could not complain. The place was super clean. The decor was everything one would expect for a beach themed get away. We 100% would come back again! The view was amazing with easy and quick beach access. Can’t ask for much more! It was a great weekend.

what a beautiful place for a romantic weekend. Loved watching the sun rise and set from the porch. Walking the beach was relaxing and peaceful.

Joni’s place was perfect. The location was fantastic in an area that was not as busy. We enjoying meals on the deck and loved the views. Joni was very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to stay again.

Great stay. We were able to enjoy the restaurant and bar on site. Also walkable to other restaurants. The pool and lazy pool was nice, warm and clean.

Nice place near the beach, 7-8 min walk. It has everything we needed to stay five days with our dog. Lots of linens, comfortable bed, TV, work station. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed with our dog for the Myrtle Beach Marathon. We had a really nice stay! We walked to Little Italy for pasta carb loading and New York Prime for a celebration meal post-race. The balcony sunrise views were fantastic.

This place was so neat, clean, and very cozy! Host was very nice and responded quickly to any messages. we wwould certainly stay here again! no complaints!

Deborah was a fantastic host! Communicated with us very well and made sure we had everything we needed for our month long stay. The condo was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was beautiful to sit on and look at the intercoastal way! It was relaxing to watch the boats. We also loved how it was an end unit and easy to access. It is in a central location. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Myrtle Beach area.

We had a wonderful time and our host was prompt in responding to our questions. We loved that the kitchen, master bedroom and living room all had beach views. Lucky with the weather, we were able to sit out on the patio for some fresh air and sun. It was nice that the unit has beach chairs and a lounger - nice touch! We kept running out of hot water, so we didn't use the jacuzzi tub. Other than that - a lovely time in a fun location.

Mark’s residence was amazing and homely. The view overlooking the golf course was particularly calming. His residence was super clean and spacious. I must put emphasis on Mark himself. He was very welcoming and enthusiastic on assisting with any questions with a prompt response. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area. I will especially book again next time I am in town for an event!! Thanks again Mark for hosting us!

This was a lovely condo in a gated community so that gave a sense of security. The place was like the photos: beautiful, well kept, clean and included all the amenities listed! Elizabeth was great! Very friendly and informative. Will be staying again in the future!!

This was the perfect place for our short stay. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The space was perfect to come back and relax and the pool was great for those humid nights.

My husband and kids stayed at Clint's place. The place was very clean and we were very surprised to find snacka/food as they got in late. The beds were extremely comfy. The entire unit was very comfy. The kids enjoyed the pool the most. Clint was very responsive. Everything was perfect. Thank you Clint.

Our stay was wonderful! Connie was a great host, very flexible, and great communication! The place was just as described and close to a lot of activities! Right across from the water and within walking distance of bars/restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again!

The condo was also very peaceful, cleaned well and was exactly as described! I would definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever visiting Myrtle beach again I would stay here!

This was our second visit to this property and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This location is perfect for trips to Calabash, Sunset Beach, Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove, and of course Little River. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. The area near the condo promotes a relaxed atmosphere and having use of the pool on property is an added bonus. The condo is exceptionally clean with a modern coastal vibe. If you are planning a trip to this area this condo is the perfect getaway for you!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We found the location to meet all of our needs. Distance walked to the beach was doable and convenient. Happy to have access to chairs and umbrella. We were also happy to have access to a pool. Food for thought: Some minor upgrades would really make a difference in the location such as updated laundry, while it got the job done, the dryer is reaching the end of its life. Also having a spray hose in the shower would be helpful for folks with small children. I’d also consider investing in a larger dehumidifier as the one on site was filling quickly and did not seem to be fully meeting the need. I would suggest if you’re a guest with a family, consider bringing extra towels and TP as we needed more than provided. Also I would bring a wagon in the future to help with the walk to the beach Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay. This was a trip our family will remember forever. We would book again!
