Vacation rentals in Green Point

We had the most fantastic time at Villa on the Bay. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 2 and 8. The house was perfection for us and we had the ideal mix of relaxing and exploring Cape Town. The house has three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs and a nice wide staircase between the two floors that is easy for small kids to navigate. Location is close enough to pop to shops and eateries in a few minutes on foot but just far away enough to be in a quiet street. We took Ubers everywhere and never had to wait more than a few minutes. The pool is solar heated so our kids spent hours playing without getting the shivers. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need incl a coffee machine and ice maker. I could go on about small details but my point is that the house is amazing and we would definitely come back. Camps bay is so stunning!

Belinda’s apartement #10 was situated right by the beach. Needless to say that the sunsets from our belcony were out of this world! You could see table mountain and lions head too. On a clear day you can see Robben island as well. The apartement is perfect for kite surfers right in front of the beach. The apartement was very clean, had all amenities to feel at home. Belinda provided us with a cot, high chair, toys and hand blender for our baby which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartement is situated in a safe area. There is a restaurant right in front of it. It’s super windy (hence the many kite surfers) so breakfast on the balcony was not really possible unfortunately. Sometimes it was so windy that the doors in the back stair well were even slammed open or closed. We had a car and made use of the 2 parking lots inside. We made daily trips which took around 30min. eg to Camps Bay. Overall we can recommend Belinda’s apartement to all travellers staying at Bloubergstrand.

We were a team of 4 and enjoyed our time at this wonderful property in Green Point. The property offered loads of space, stunning views and spacious bedrooms. Would highly recommend this spot!

10/10: We cannot recommend Jaco’s place enough. Perfect location - It’s a 2 min walk to the sea front, great restaurants, music venues and shopping in a walkable distance. The flat itself is stunningly decorated, and it is comfiest AirBnB bed ever! Great AirCon, and I have to mention the TV. So cool, it looks like a painting and the quality is very high. Lovely coffee machine, everything works as it should and everything needed is provided. I will stay here again when next in Cape Town. You’ll do so well to stay here! There are some building works out the front but the double glazed windows meant we didn’t hear anything. It’s very secure too, fob access needed at the front, and a gate in front of the door. There is also a parking space. I have not a single negative word to say.

Very nice modern and clean apartment. It felt spacious and provided all amenities and the bed was super comfortable. If you are staying in cape town as a tourist or for business I highly recommend this listing. The building staff were also friendly and helpful and the parking provided is perfectly located right next to the working elevators. Zero complaints from me.

Really lovely place to stay. Diana was a really responsive host. A few issues with the wifi cutting out, and wished the kitchen had a few more appliances. But overall, a brilliant stay!
