You can’t get any better than this location it’s right on the beach. Also no kids if you need tranquility. There are are no condiments to cook with so keep that in mind if you are going to be cooking.

Billy’s accomodation was very nice and clean. It had everything necessary and everything was easily accessible. the place is very wide and perfect for a large family. The location is very close to the city (around 10minutes of driving) and close to all the activities. Billy was extremely hospitable and communication was amazing. Would go again

What a hidden gem this villa is! You walk in and feel at home immediately. It’s well equipped with everything you need for your family to relax and enjoy. The spectacular views of the pool and the golf course from the kitchen is so beautiful. The location of the villa is right where you need to be. The bedrooms are all so spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, what I appreciate the most is how proactive the hosts and their contact was to ensure our stay was as stress free and relaxing as it could be. Thank you for allowing our furbaby to enjoy our holiday and wedding celebrations. Maybe someday in the future we shall return and relive our time there again as we celebrate our future anniversaries!

Excellent location, beautiful house , modern interior with all the rainforest charm . Gardens are absolutely stunning , so relaxing this was a great find for a family of 6 people in Cape Tribulation. Great communication with host.

We keep coming back to Robert and Rossi's villa because it is always spotlessly clean and fresh, and the hosts are always available when needed. We feel comfortable and secure in the villa, and the location is perfect for us. It is a home away from home whenever we visit Townsville.

We had an amazing stay at the botanical ark retreat. The grounds were so beautiful and peaceful. The natural swimming pond was such a surprising relaxing place to float and listen to the sounds of nature. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you to our gracious hosts Susan and Alan

We had a very comfortable stay, everything we needed on hand. Jessica and her team were easy to contact, though little need to do so. Beds comfortable, outdoor area great. Our party included a busy toddler and slightly older sibling, lots of outdoor space for them and a few toys on hand. Would book again.

Iluka Beach Villa was just perfect for our family of eight. Each bedroom is ensuite providing privacy for our grown up kids. The villa had a great kitchen set up, very comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor area with a bbq, it’s within walking distance to the shops and to the beach, would definitely recommend and would stay again.

As pictured, lovely house - private, clean and secure. Good location, short 5min drive or 20min walk to main esplanade. Great air conditioning throughout to escape FNQ heat! All kitchen essentials are provided, games etc for kids, super comfy beds. Pool was a winner - would recommend.

I would say this is one of the most extraordinary properties in Australia. Everything was just beautiful… both inside and out. We all enjoyed the total privacy, abundant space and the high quality amenities and conveniences. Any questions were answered within minutes. I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay in Magnetic Island! The bedroom has everything you need and the resort is just outstanding

Awesome host, made sure we had everything needed in preparation for the cyclone and subsequent flooding. Communication prior and during our stay was very good. The home was an awesome choice for our large family with plenty of space for everyone. Once all the rain had past the children had a ball playing tennis and creating games outside in the well kept grounds (the care taker was out immediately cleaning up the property etc). Highly recommend this property

Great spacious place with nice sized pool. saw an echidna in the garden on the first night! overall a great stay perfect for a group of friends.

This is a lovely air bnb! Home is in a great location only minutes walk to four mile beach and there is a supermarket just a couple of minutes drive away. Easy checkin process. Wendy and Paul were in communication throughout the booking and provided very helpful tips throughout our stay on restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Enjoyable,relaxing stay from start to finish, Ideal home for a family with many things for young ones to be entertained and occupied.

Really nice place to chill out and relax at. Quiet neighbourhood with pretty much no traffic or people passing by. Huge kitchen is you want save a few dollars eating out all the time. We had breakfast there each morning and had a few BBQ's by the pool at night. Tonnes of fridge space for drinks and food as well. Kitchen had everything you could need with utensils and equipment. Bedrooms were great. Each one is airconditioned and was very welcome after spending a day out in the sunny tropical weather. Everyone in our family slept very well. You will need a car though. There is a biggish shopping centre at Smithfield for groceries, but nothing within walking distance really. There is a restuarant down near the boat harbour which is within walking distance, and we went to once and was okay, but we went down to Trinity beach several times and there are some great places down there. All in all, really enjoyed the stay. Really didn't want to leave when the time came to go. Great pool.
