Very good stay, Jacques and Annie are super nice and very welcoming. The accommodation is very good, quiet and close to the beach, market and other bike activities. Everything is available in the accommodation, coffee machine, toaster, plancha, tv... We feel really good there and I'll come back if I have to come back to Royan. I would recommend this property without problem and with pleasure.

A small house with a garden perfect for a weekend in Soulac, we loved doing everything on foot. simple and functional. the bathroom in the bedroom is perfect if you come to two families.

We had a lovely stay, the hospitality was excellent and the flexible check-in was a real asset. Regarding the accommodation, the location is excellent with quick access to either the city center or the beach. The accommodation is functional and large enough for the 5 of us, it would need a washing machine to be really comfortable on a long stay like ours, the only point where I agree with some previous comments is the significant firmness of the mattresses.

Marie was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. Great local recomendations and her English is perfect! We appreicated the gifts of wine, juice and charcoal for the BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped and beds cofortable. The bath has a shower attachment but not a wall mounted shower unfortunately. We liked that the sleeping area was away from the living area and there was parking right in front of the house. The local beach is clean with toilets. We walked or took scooters with the children. If you have a lot of things to take, you can park for free on the sea front. Marie's recomendation of the bakery near the church in St George de Didonne was excellent.

The apartment, on the ground floor of a house, refurbished, is very nice: nice decor, beautiful kitchen, excellent bedding, quiet, close to the beach and good restaurants. Arnaud and Fanny are lovely and gave us all the necessary information.

Very clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bedding. Facing the ocean and thanks to very mild weather for the end of February, we enjoyed the terrace and the outdoor garden. Shops and restaurants (very good value for money) nearby and on foot with beautiful walks on the Corniche de Saint- Palais in Royan. Thank you to Eric for hosting and providing advice. We recommend this residence for its calm, its location and its environment.

Exceptional view! Everything you need for a good weekend getaway. The bunk beds are a little small for tall adults, but that's still enough. Apartment ideal for a couple (with children).

Lou was incredibly kind and communication was easy. The location was really great 50 meters from the beach. do not hesitate to rent you will not be disappointed.

we went there to recharge and recover energy for the new year. the view is splendid, we had a beautiful sunset ❤️ it was a pleasure to come and go to the beach just "downstairs". sarah's concierge is friendly and responsive. small downside Thierry did not heat the sea water 🤣 ( I'm kidding)

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

We had a great time at Philippe and Corinne's place. Their apartment is very welcoming. Atypical by its duplex side on several floors but it has bcp of charm too. The bedding was comfortable, so was the kitchen well equipped. The sunsets are beautiful with a direct view of the ocean. Relaxing stay on a weekend where we were also lucky enough to have very nice weather! We already want to come back. Thank you so much for their flexibility too.
