Accommodation in a good location, on a quiet, clean and comfortable street. Jérémie is very responsive to messages and her instructions are clear. We had a pleasant stay in Bordeaux and in this house.

Carlos and Claudine are considerate and accommodating hosts. The house is as described,so no disappointment upon arrival. On the contrary, the decor is warm and there is nothing missing either for the bedding or for the kitchen and table. The environment of the house is quiet and ideal for starting walking or cycling. We'll probably have a chance to come back. François

Excellent stay. Welcoming and helpful host. Well located accommodation in peaceful area with fenced private garden. Pool access and city center 10 minutes, walk, from the accommodation, very appreciated. We will be back again.

This is a fantastic house which is beautifully designed, comfortable and well equipped. It’s spacious with lots of places to sit and hang out. The pool is large and clean. The house is in a traditional oyster port in front of a canal. We found it fascinating to observe the farmers and learned a lot when buying fresh oysters from them. It’s a pleasant 50 minute walk to Arcachon which we did several times. There is also a train that takes 4 minutes. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Danielle’s apartment was lovely. It was spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was great and the pool was big. Danielle was a great host, she kindly picked us up from the station and gave us local recommendations. I would recommend staying here.

very well appointed and clean accommodation. we really enjoyed the outside with its different corners to relax and the tranquility of the place. the city center and the beach are within walking distance, parking for the car is very useful especially in high season. I recommend this rental to guests going to Biscarrosse.

We had a great long weekend in Gujan-Mestras and Guillaume's apartment was an integral part of it. The apartment is just perfect! Everything is as it appears in the pictures, only that reality is even better than in the pictures. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. An exotic cabin in the winter mist! It's perfect to connect to the essentials and recharge. The place is warm and comfortable to live in. The proximity to shops and an excellent bakery makes it possible to free yourself from the car and enjoy the beauty of the peninsula.

very nice accommodation. I went out of season, it was very quiet. i hadn't seen in the listing that bed linen was not provided (but available for rent), itwas my surprise when I arrived. but other than that everything went well! Idename was responsive, spontaneous and pleasant. thank you!

This apartment is cozy and comfortable, with a large living space and easy to manage with an easy entrance with no stairs. There was working AC in all areas and the pool was great for a dip after a long walking day. The Jardin Publique is so close and so beautiful! Every nice high quality and very nice quiet neighborhood. It was extremely quiet at night. The TV worked well and we enjoyed family time with our son, his wife and our granddaughter. There are stairs in the main house area but the bedroom with comfy and the bathroom larger than most. We loved our stay!

we went there to recharge and recover energy for the new year. the view is splendid, we had a beautiful sunset ❤️ it was a pleasure to come and go to the beach just "downstairs". sarah's concierge is friendly and responsive. small downside Thierry did not heat the sea water 🤣 ( I'm kidding)

it was Hélène who managed our stay with great sympathy, kindness and in a very professional manner. the apartment is very convenient and sufficiently equipped. just a downside for the beds whose mattresses are much too firm. A big thank you to Hélène for her kindness.

Clean and functional accommodation even for a person over 80 years old. The only downside that is not the responsibility of the hosts is that there is no sidewalk and the surrounding work has stoned the lower sides. The apartment is in a very good location in relation to the beach and the city center.

Our stay went very well. The place was clean and nice. It was consistent with the photos and enough for 4 people. Located a little away from the center of Arcachon (shopping streets), the neighborhood is quite quiet at this time.

together great, just and it's a detail, the cafetiere is not a nespresso but a tassimo and there is a standard ground coffee maker. on the site I did not have the access code to the code box as said ,or how to access the apartment (via a gate on the side of the real estate agency). otherwise excellent stay and nice sea view.
