This is a beautiful town with a very friendly vibe. Andrea was the perfect hostess, welcoming, hospitable and nothing was a problem. The cottage is divine and very comfortable and close to everything. We stayed here on the way to Killarney and only wish we could have stayed longer as Nenagh was so relaxing. We will return to Ireland and hopefully be able to stay here again if the cottage isn’t booked out! This is the perfect spot to base yourselves and explore Ireland! We had great recommendations for a local restaurant and pub, both were great establishments with wonderful atmospheres and great food! Andrea and her husband also gave great recommendations for things to do around the area which helped us streamline our plans and see more than we expected to. Thankyou for a wonderful Irish welcome and your hospitality!!!!!

Most stays are simply places allowing exploration of their location. The Old Cottage is this and so much more. It is itself an experience to enjoy. It is the first AirBnB stay which we were sad to have to leave. The property is exactly as described, providing ample room for our party of 5. The surroundings are exquisite, the location is perfect for exploring the whole of southern Ireland, and the opportunities for exploring the immediate area are numerous. You're going to need a car to get here, and GPS is not just helpful but nearly a necessity. That being said, the driving experience is a fun and exciting adventure. John was a wonderful and friendly host. Communication is clear and very responsive. Simply put, stay here if you can. It will undoubtedly be as memorable for everyone as it was for us.

Exactly as described and more. Lovely peaceful surroundings and a beautiful cottage. Great place to stay if attending weddings nearby.Everything was of the very best quality from the bed linens, bed and the best of farm produce. Loved the eggs Thanks so much.

I stayed here for a week as I was working in Limerick City and didn't want to stay in a hotel. The perfect home from home. All the essentials for cooking and there was also a range of cereals supplied. Very relaxing location with some friendly hens! Eilis was the perfect host and even had a hot water bottle waiting for me for my late arrival.
