Apartment vacation rentals in Grant County

The setting is beautiful. The apartment was sparkly clean and beautifully decorated, big and spacious. Loved the floor to ceiling windows looking out on all the birdfeeders in our bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Azaima was a delightful host with lots of good information about the area and just a lovely, fascinating person. All aspects exceeded our expectations.

Brian's little place is perfect for a couple to explore the bootheel of NM, and, in 80 miles visit Bisbee, or cross into Mexico. The apartment is small, but very nicely appointed, with decent internet. highly recommended

I had a lovely and enjoyable stay at Adobe Agave during my 12-week clinical rotation in Silver City, NM. Ellen was a very welcoming host, very kind and hospitable. If I had any questions, she was quick to respond. The host had excellent suggestions for where to eat and local activities. The apartment was very cozy and clean and had abundant Southwest charm. The neighborhood is peaceful, has great walkability, and feels safe. I greatly appreciated having such a great place to stay and call home during my time away from home.

Ellen greeted us when we arrived and she had stocked the apartment with fresh fruit, chocolate and dog treats. She was friendly and loved giving attention to our dog. She brought us homemade muffins hot from the oven every morning. There was a small park a block away which made an easy access to walk our dog. We would stay again.

Loved the place, location, and friendly communicative host. The only issue we had was body hair in the bed and a strong chemical smell on the sheets. Perhaps the sheets were sprayed with febreeze instead of being washed? It was quite late when we arrived so we just dealt with it -- camping gear in the car. Otherwise I'm sure we could have arranged for a fresh, non-scented, change of sheets. But... ew.

Alex's place is quiet and cozy with all the amenities needed for a short or long term stay (I was 1 week). He was friendly and full of wonderful suggestions on what to see and do in Silver City. It made for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend his place for any length of stay.

My stay was great. Jen and Bernadette are both excellent hosts and also responded quickly. I highly recommend for anyone staying for an extended period - this place has everything you could possibly need and is comfortable and cozy. Fantastic value for the price - would definitely stay again!

Jennifer's place was fantastic for 2 months of working in the area! She and her team did an amazing job with responsiveness and solutions when any minor issues surfaced. The location was perfect, AC and wifi were great, super quiet, and the dark shades were amazing for crashing out early to be up at 4am the next day for work! Highly recommend booming with Jennifer for your accommodations, I would again in a heartbeat given the oppurtunity. Thanks again for welcoming up your home to others!

This place was so peaceful and serene. The hot tub under the ponderosa was like the cherry on top of the sunday! Everything I needed was there-both rooms and beds were comfy, great coffee, soft sheets and blankets…I could go on and on. Even the art on the wall was gorgeous. Azaima was so friendly, and helped us decide where to eat. She’s about a 5 min drive from historic downtown. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful getaway in the area.
