Vacation rentals with beach access in Grândola

We really like the place for our month-long stay! The location of the property is its strong point, very close to the beach of Carcavelos, to restaurants, with nearby shops as well. The hosts are very polite, friendly and helpful. We recommend the site!

well, first to speak of the extreme sympathy of David, was a super welcoming person, gave us great advice and was always ready to help us, very attentive and helpful, in relation to David's little house, the little house is very beautiful, it is super super welcoming, we feel really well and super comfortable, has an incredibly beautiful view and is close to the beach, it was a wonderful stay, it would repeat again without a doubt! 🥰🥰

Luis is an amazing host! He met us and not only showed us around the apartment but also the neighborhood. There are two great cafes a block away, a fruit & veggie store right around the corner. The beach and walkway that goes all the way to Cascais is only 300 meters away and a Continente grocery is only 1 km away. The apartment and especially the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The apartment and beds were very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

Pedro was the perfect host, he was very responsive when I initially messaged him about booking his apartment. He was also very flexible with regards to checking in and checking out. The view from the apartment is fantastic. It was great to watch the sunset over the ocean. The proximity to the beach cannot be beaten and it feels like that end of the beach is your own private beach where you can swim and enjoy lunch on the sand. It’s a little bit out from the town but a short stroll and you find yourself confronted with a wide range of restaurants and café ideal for lunch, breakfast or dinner. The place is absolutely beautiful! spent 4 days here with my mum and it was perfect. Lots of restaurants around and the beach is nearby! there is a shot at the entrance of the building and my mum loved waking up early to go get her mangoes 😆 Paulo and Ana are wonderful hosts! very responsive by texts. will 100% recommend and will definitely come back obrigada 💗

Mariana was an amazing host! Fast and friendly communication, great recommendations for surroundings. The place is perfectly located, especially if you are traveling with your four leg friend, as there are no direct neigbhours. Walkable to the beautiful beach, and any infrastractur you need is a small distance with a car, or a bus (which stops just next to the house) or even longer walk. Swimming pool is clean and perfect for a few swimming strokes and refreshment.The house is equiped with all neccesitties, furnished modernly and with a great taste. We had a time of our life! :) Thank you Mariana.

The house is amazing and the view is absolutely incredible! We had a great weekend there and Gonçalo was very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend it !

We loved the house, the decor, and the location. The house is furnished with everything we need. Paulo is super nice! We could use the fireplace, there was a bbq, several heaters in the house, because at night it gets cold. O Sítio is perfect for us to escape the movement of the city.

Bruno and Rita’s place has spectacular views, walk distance to many local restaurants and only 20 minutes drive to Sintra. They responded to our request quickly and are very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place. In the future if we visit the area again we will book their place again.

My friends and i had a wonderfull time in the beautifull house of Joao! The location was close to town and the beach. The house it self was clean and spacious! I would definitely recommend this place for a stay with a group of people in Vila Nova the Milfontes!

Very quiet corner lot, amazing views, very clean spacious. Fortunately the ice cream place is not next door as many say, it is down the street, those comments almost scared me away. Do not hesitate, I would repeat!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time at Jane’s Boho Dream House. It’s set in the middle of an incredible natural with almost no neighbours around right next to Odeceixe river and Rota Vincentina. The walk to Odeceixe’s beautiful beach takes only about 15min. But you have to be aware that you will have to — being on the other side — walk through the river which might not be possible at all times of the day. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness of Jane’s place, the garden with hammocks and the sunny veranda in the front of the house. The interior is decorated with lots of love and gives you a cozy at home feeling. Jane was a very friendly host, the communication was easy and helpful at all times.

David is a great host! Always responsive and open to any request. The place was perfectly clean with everything we needed at hand. The place looks even better than the pictures suggest and the location is AMAZING. Even in january the kids could play on the beach and multiple beach bars were open. Thank you for the stay! And we will book again in the future!

It was a very cozy and spacious place. Even though it was chilly outside, the apartment had heating and was very warm. The host greeted us kindly, gave us all the necessary recommendations, and explained how to park in the underground garage. There’s a supermarket near the building where you can buy everything you need. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the coast with beautiful views, and you can get to the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a a really nice stay in Parede, the neighborhood was nice and easy, also some of the nice beaches are nearby. We used public transportation and taxi to get around, which works fine. The only downside is that the groceries and restaurants are not that nearby.

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.

Beautiful apartment, the view over Sesimbra is stunning from both the apartment and from the pool. Everything is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool is great and there are umbrellas for shade, a gym and a communal working space also with the view. It's a short walk from town although there are a lot of steps to come back up! The host was really helpful and flexible when we were delayed checking in due to some difficulties with car hire.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and I hated leaving! The place was exactly as described and the view of the ocean from the large balcony simply breathtaking! Very comfortable for couples; comfortable furniture and bed; great shower. It is uphill a bit, so if you don’t have a car, it could be a challenge for some walking down to the beach and back up, but Uber is readily available. I highly recommend this stay!

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!
