Vacation rentals with beach access in Setubal

Very nice accommodation with all the essentials to spend a week with not insignificant comfort on a big day of visiting. Very well located because the beach is only a 5min walk and wide choice of different beaches, on the most beautiful coast of Portugal and its 20km of coast. At first the water is in shock because the temperature is not that of the Mediterranean but after a few minutes it is good. And the warm Costa sun warms you up in 2 minutes. When we arrived, the batteries at the front door were flat but our host changed them at the end of the day so that access to the apartment went smoothly.

Thank you for having us, we felt right at home and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for our toddler with the beach so close. Everything in the flat is very well thought and practical. Connie and Joao went beyond expectations, welcoming us even when we arrived fairly late and giving us great recommendations. We could definately come back again!

this was exactly what I was looking for. near the beach. beautiful porch to enjoy the sun. easy to get back and forth to Lisbon. Very clean. multiple groceries near by as well as restaurants. I noticed other reviews commented on noise, but to me it was normal city life sounds and people living. highly recommend this place.

We stayed in Costa da Caparica for over a month, from December to January, and loved every moment. The weather was mostly sunny, and the views from the apartment were incredible - mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the surfers catching waves at sunset, all from the window with a glass of wine in hand, was unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and Gonçalo was a fantastic host. He gave us great tips on visiting places and was always there to help when we needed anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that on Friday and Sunday nights, we heard music from a nearby club. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea. We had a great time here and would love to come back someday.

well, first to speak of the extreme sympathy of David, was a super welcoming person, gave us great advice and was always ready to help us, very attentive and helpful, in relation to David's little house, the little house is very beautiful, it is super super welcoming, we feel really well and super comfortable, has an incredibly beautiful view and is close to the beach, it was a wonderful stay, it would repeat again without a doubt! 🥰🥰

From all the places we stayed at during our trip, this was by far our favourite. The flat itself is beautiful, has everything you need, the view is awesome. It is so close to the beach, you just have to walk down a flight of stairs. Everything else is close by too, amazing restaurants, a small supermarket that carries all the important things. Nicolas is a wonderful host! He always replied within minutes, offered to carry some luggage up the (really narrow) stairs and had some great tips for us too. All in all this place is the full package. 🎉

I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for a city break, and the house surrounded by greenery is lovely. I would love to keep this rental house secret and come back at anytime...but I have to share how good it was. Many thanks Paulo !

Very quiet corner lot, amazing views, very clean spacious. Fortunately the ice cream place is not next door as many say, it is down the street, those comments almost scared me away. Do not hesitate, I would repeat!

Great location and great host. We locked ourselves out 5 minutes after arriving and Isabel came and let us in after we went grocery shopping. Enjoyed the stay!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Sesimbra in October. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to town and the beach. The apartment itself is clean and has a great veranda + pool with view. We were forecast rain and tropical storms whilst we were there and though a bit changeable we had some lovely sunny days and were able to hang out in the pool. We had a trip to the castle, Cabot Especiale and to see the Dinosaur foot prints. We especially enjoyed sampling the delicious food at the many restaurants and having a cocktail or two! The locals are super friendly and it was fun watching the surfers. During our stay there was a tropical storm and Jorge checked in on us and made sure we were aware of the alert and we're ok. Our flight was late leaving London, as a result we were late checking in with no provisions. Local shop wasn't open, so David arranged for his father to drive us to the Aldi store approximately 3 km away and he met us there to make sure we were OK. The man is a gem and his parents are as well. the cottage is on the sand dunes, and the beach stretches for kilometres. 150 to 300 metres along the beach at approximately 10 am fishing boats come into the beach an are dragged up to the fishing community in the dunes. a fascinating place to visit. Thank you so much David for making this trip so memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt just like home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay close to the beach, it only needs a few repairs. The building's hallway is a bit gloomy because it's dark, there are no windows and the light only turns on when passing (sensor), but it was only the first impact after it didn't mess me up. Erica was a good host and very communicative, always answered my questions. There were days of rest in a welcoming and beautiful village.

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

Small but nice flat, with lovely ocean view and soundscape. Sixties-vibe building of yesteryear, intended for holidays, so nice to find an Airbnb that does not disturb the housing market in a city. José is super accessible and helpful. Everything is neat and available, simple but good.
