Vacation rentals with beach access in Setubal

Thank you for having us, we felt right at home and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for our toddler with the beach so close. Everything in the flat is very well thought and practical. Connie and Joao went beyond expectations, welcoming us even when we arrived fairly late and giving us great recommendations. We could definately come back again!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is comfortable, matching the listing. Easy access to public transportation, beaches and shopping. Mrs. Lourdes, Paulo's mother, was very welcoming when she received us and showed us details of the accommodation. It left us wanting more. We recommend it!

Holiday stay, clean and very smelling space, beach is a 5-minute walk away. lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We advised, did not regret it. A Kiss of Thank You for Nádia and Isabel. See you next time.

I had an amazing stay at Isaac and Mai place.. The appartment is very clean as the pictures. Mai was very helpful in our check in and also on recommendation in alot of things I needed to do. I have not met her personally but I sense humbleness in her voice tone. I made a great choice to stay at their place cause we felt at home and Mai made sure we were OK all the time. I recommend this place fully with all my heart. A huge thank you to Mai.

We stayed in Costa da Caparica for over a month, from December to January, and loved every moment. The weather was mostly sunny, and the views from the apartment were incredible - mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the surfers catching waves at sunset, all from the window with a glass of wine in hand, was unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and Gonçalo was a fantastic host. He gave us great tips on visiting places and was always there to help when we needed anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that on Friday and Sunday nights, we heard music from a nearby club. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea. We had a great time here and would love to come back someday.

Well, first I start by talking about David's extreme friendliness, he was a super welcoming person, gave us great advice and was always ready to help us, very attentive and helpful, in relation to David's house, the house is very beautiful, it is super super welcoming, we felt very good and super comfortable, it has an incredibly beautiful view and is close to the beach, it was a wonderful stay, I would definitely repeat it! 🥰🥰

We felt (almost) at home in the apartment! We enjoyed Sesimbra very much. The apartment is right in the middle and only at walking distance. In the low season, however, it was no problem to unload and find a free parking space a good 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There were some toys for the children, sand toys and a large picnic blanket. In wet weather it is a bit clammy in the apartment and thick socks are recommended in winter/spring. Communication with Nicolas was excellent and he was very accommodating with strike-related last-minute rebooking. Thank you! We would recommend the apartment to our friends at any time.

I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for a city break, and the house surrounded by greenery is lovely. I would love to keep this rental house secret and come back at anytime...but I have to share how good it was. Many thanks Paulo !

Very quiet corner lot, amazing views, very clean spacious. Fortunately the ice cream place is not next door as many say, it is down the street, those comments almost scared me away. Do not hesitate, I would repeat!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Sesimbra in October. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to town and the beach. The apartment itself is clean and has a great veranda + pool with view. We were forecast rain and tropical storms whilst we were there and though a bit changeable we had some lovely sunny days and were able to hang out in the pool. We had a trip to the castle, Cabot Especiale and to see the Dinosaur foot prints. We especially enjoyed sampling the delicious food at the many restaurants and having a cocktail or two! The locals are super friendly and it was fun watching the surfers. During our stay there was a tropical storm and Jorge checked in on us and made sure we were aware of the alert and we're ok. Great and attentive host! Offered his car to do groceries but we said no so he drove us and even paid for our groceries in euros(€) and we paid him back in dollars ($) since we didn’t have any on us at the time. Space was very clean and well kept, beautiful view and 2 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay again

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt just like home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay close to the beach, it only needs a few repairs. The building's hallway is a bit gloomy because it's dark, there are no windows and the light only turns on when passing (sensor), but it was only the first impact after it didn't mess me up. Erica was a good host and very communicative, always answered my questions. There were days of rest in a welcoming and beautiful village.

Ling’s place was exactly what I’d expect from an Airbnb. Home was clean, comfortable, and a great location. She had pantry items stocked as well as coffee and sugar. We had stayed at 3 previous units which included absolutely nothing so it was awesome to have those things already stocked. For short rentals it stinks having to buy salt, coffee, etc and transport it from place to place with you. Ling gave detailed instructions and responded to questions promptly. An excellent host. Location was great as well. Walkable to everywhere in the city. Can’t recommend it enough!

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago
