Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Grand Cayman

Sean’s unit is lovey, modern, and clean. The location is quiet and safe. There is a great canal view. There are lots of cooking utensils if you plan to eat in. The complex has great amenities. We found the door lock a bit complicated at first, as there were no instructions on how to lock it, but we figured it out by googling it. The agency that manages the rental on the island are very responsive and helpful. We called Angela a few times and she was always able to assist us. There are 2 roads between the unit and the beach, one of them being very busy and it is not easy to cross, but otherwise the location is great.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sean's place. Everything was great again! Definitely would stay here for our next visit.

The host Karen was amazing and so helpful! She went above and beyond to get us checked in although we arrived earlier than we thought we would. Really enjoyed the location and the atmosphere! The grocery and restaurants close by were key.

This was a very comfortable place to stay- very convenient to the beach, some restaurants right in the complex, and a small market there, too. The place was bright and very clean, and the balcony was a nice place for a morning coffee, though there was coffee, smoothies and a bakery just steps away. The bed was comfortable. We heard music from the restaurant/bar in the late evenings, especially on the weekends (as noted in the description), but we did not find this bothersome. We appreciated the chairs (note - chairs, not loungers) and beach umbrella in good condition. Communication was quick and easy - very little needed as everything was in working order. Overall a great stay, and we would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a first class property in an outstanding location. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described - if anything larger and better outfitted. It contained a complete kitchen that we used for almost every meal. The location is outstanding. It is situated in a small mixed use complex - apartments/condos on second and third floor and businesses (restaurants, art studio, huge gym complex, bakery) on first floor plaza. All were extremely well maintained and attractively landscaped. VERY good security! Most important - from the front door of the apartment to mid point of 7 Mile Beach is literally a 3-5 minute walk - crossing one street. We especially appreciated that they provided two high quality beach chairs, beach towels and a very large and easy to deploy umbrella. Another big plus is that there is a moderate sized grocery store right in the complex. We highly recommend this property.

We had such a great stay in Grand Cayman. The property was in the perfect location in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. We chose to walk most places and felt safe at all times - although we were close to busy areas, our neighborhood was quiet. Sean and Karen were amazing hosts throughout our stay. Communication was easy, the condo was just as described and the on-property pool was very relaxing! Thank you for an amazing first stay in Grand Cayman! We look forward to visiting you again soon!

It checked all the boxes. If you want privacy and relaxation with the beach right outside your door and still have the ability to drive 10 mins into town. Then this is your place. We loved our stay in GCI and the condo was fabulous. Clean, spacious, up to date and ocean views from every window. Town is a quick 10 min drive to wonderful shops, restaurants, grocery stores etc.. My only issue and it wasn't a big deal but it would be nice if the beach was racked after the last storm. Again, first world concern.. We had one small issue that was addressed immediately by the property staff. Outstanding communication by the team through the whole process. We will be coming back to GCI and will stay at this property again or one of their other properties. In a nutshell, our 20th year wedding anniversary/vacation was the best. This was a beautiful home, just as shown online. Location was superb! Seven Mile Beach was literally right across the street, and the complex was centrally located that all the major attractions on the western side of Grand Cayman could be reached by car within 15 minutes. The complex itself hosts some shops, several restaurants, a bakery, a convenience store, and a state-of-the-art gym facility, which I was able to access thanks to a complementary session arranged by Christian. I would definitely consider getting a weekly pass at the gym the next time we're in town! Christian was great - very helpful, responsive, and always available when we required any assistance.

Our group of 8 was super comfortable in the Coconut 1. The kitchen was extremely well appointed with nice appliances, cookware, and utensils. The private beach was perfect; clean, plenty of umbrellas, floats, etc. Alfonso was extremely helpful, and he and the other staff members were quick to answer questions, give recommendations, and even called cabs for us. Our building had a rooftop deck with tons of seating where we watched sunsets and stargazed. The pool area was beautiful, but we spent most of our time at the private beach, which was only about an 8 min walk. We loved every bit of our stay and plan to come back in the next year or two.
