Condo vacation rentals in Grand Cayman

Our stay at sea palms was just great. A great place to chill out. Walking into the unit for the first time certainly brought some "Wows". Beautiful place, and the view out the back was magnificent - with the beach and the water right off our patio.

We an excellent stay here! The unit was clean and the owners were very responsive to all of our communication. The beach is very convenient and quiet. It was not difficult to find two chairs and an umbrella. Highly recommend, we would definitely return.

Everything looks just like the photos, and it's clean. The apartment has great air conditioning, and plenty of hot water. The host was kind enough to let me check in a bit early, and check out an hour later than check out time. The location is convenient for walking to the supermarket, and the beach. You can get a local bus easily from the roads nearby if you don't want to hire a car.

Loved staying here! It was exactly as described and the photos matched. Super clean and had everything we needed. Loved waking up to the gorgeous sunrise and view. Short 3 minute walk to Kaibo restaurant and the water taxi was great! Rum Point Club was a 5 minute drive. Loved this condo and location. Relaxing and peaceful. We will be back!

This was a family vacation (6 of us) with 4 adult children. Heidi's condo on the beach is paradise - just as the pictures show! The condo is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with an amazing, huge porch overlooking the ocean! We drank coffee out there in the mornings & enjoyed a drink watching the sunset. The access to a very private beautiful beach with a swimming/snorkeling cove & a great pool with a swim up bar/restaurant were both amazing! The beds were all super comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. After the 1st day grocery run, we mostly ate breakfast and lunch at the condo (on the porch) and went out for dinners. A quick walk to so many restaurants and a 10-minute drive from the airport! Heidi was so detailed (which I love) in all of her recommendations including very helpful ideas for planning our trip. We went to restaurants on her list (& loved them) and brought things from home that she suggested. We all said, "Let's come back soon - this was amazing!"

This was a truly Beautiful experience. Everything was perfect. The sheets on the four poster bed were the softest I’ve ever slept in. The Hosts of this property are one in a Million, with huge kind hearts. Highly recommend this property to anyone on vacation or who needs some tranquility in their lives. The BBQ area was wonderful, the pool, hot jacuzzi, grounds were all perfectly maintained. Didn’t want to leave.

We loved our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for, quiet and a beautiful beach. Seven mile beach area is a great central location and near the airport. The condo was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The owners were fantastic - super responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made our experience even better. The location was perfect! It still had a beautiful stretch of beach on Seven Mile Beach, which was such a bonus. While this section isn’t connected to the rest of Seven Mile Beach, it still felt like our own little slice of paradise. The area was safe, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. Parking was easy, and everything about our stay was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway! Craig’s condo was exactly as described. Was easy to access, very clean, neat and tidy, a short walk to a grocery and liquor store and an easy drive to all areas of Grand Cayman. The condo is in a quiet and peaceful location with a deck overlooking the water. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here if visiting Grand Cayman again. Craig was a very responsive host and went above and beyond during our stay in Grand Cayman.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Very Beautiful and clean, felt like home, checking process was very easy. great communication from beginning to end. also having that rental car was great, give us more freedom to move around. ease of picking up the car at the airport and short drive to where we was stay and drop off at the airport when we was leaving. the pool, the view of the ocean especially in the morning was amazing for me.

Craig was great and very responsive. The apartment is nice and clean. Having coffee on the porch was my favorite thing to do in the morning. Highy recommend.

House was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Truly steps from the beach. Felt save and comfortable. Beach is well kept. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook. The overall cleanliness and surroundings was more than expected. Felt safe arriving late night or leaving early morning.

Kevin’s place was very clean and modern and we felt right at home. The Airbnb is very close to the beach and grocery store and is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The host was very responsive properties located in a very nice area safe area. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who’s looking to stay here we travel a lot and this was one of the best places with stateas far as the price location and everything else wanted to thank our host Maryna for hosting us thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the amenities were nice. The large pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and the bar food was perfect for a quick meal. Plus, being just steps from the beach made everything so convenient. I would definitely stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing. The place was very spacious, and the furniture was comfortable. Great views of the ocean from the screened in porch, and bedrooms. The kitchen was greatly equipped and we were able to cook meals with ease. Laundry made it easy to clean towels and clothes when needed. The pool is just steps away, and we practically had it to ourselves the whole week! Heated and amazing views of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Grand Cayman!

The condo was great. Walking distance to a couple good restaurants and small shopping center across the street. Camana Bay was also close by with some great looking restaurants and shopping but we never had a chance to try any. The condo is on 7 mile beach but you have to go up to the main road in order to get around a building that jets out to the water. Not a big deal at all, just an fyi. The condo is pretty much private because of it. Peppers was a great bar/restaurant with live music only 2 blocks away and Saltwater grill was also great restaurant in walking distance. Bring your own snorkel gear - there are reefs just 25 yards off the beach - no need to go to the Marriott like everyone says. Night snorkeling was awesome too!

The location of Colin’s place is great for a few reasons. 1: You can walk to where the Cruise Ships drop the tourists off, where there are lots of shops, and you can run to Smiths Cove beyond that. 2: You can walk to 7 mile beach, and/or run/swim there along the beach. Many spots require swimming since some hotels have built right up to the waters edge. This was fine for me since the water was warm, and the adventure was fun. 3: You can walk to Kirk Market. 4. The Gamma ship wrench is right in front, and has good snorkeling. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and functional. The remaining view of the ocean is good, and the breeze was nice. The only thing that was surprising to me was how BIG the hotel next door is, and how much construction was going on. This hotel is BIG, and really noticeable, and I felt bad for all the Condo owners there. The view before the hotel was probably amazing, now it’s just good. Also, the pool was cold since the hotel now shadows it.

What a find. From the moment you open the door you are greeted with shiny tiled floors with a view straight through to the porch windows and view of the bay. The complex is peaceful with the occasional chicken clucking which is common in Grand Cayman. The kitchen in the apartment is well provisioned. Coffee pots, toasters, microwave, full stove and oven, shiny granite counter tops and large refrigerator. There are two bathrooms with showers, all clean and shiny. The master bedroom has an amazing view of the bay where you can watch the cruise ships come in and leave. The porch off the living room is screened so there is no problem with mosquitos (not that there is a mosquito problem that I felt). All in all, the apartment is amazing. The locale is also wonderful. You can walk to many restaurants and stores, including the grocery, all within 2 to 15 minutes of walking (depending on what you need). James is a very responsive host if you have any questions while there.

Elizabeth’s place was wonderful! It was just as described. The condo was spotless and was full of amenities & extras. The furniture was very comfortable, and the decor had a relaxing, tranquil feel. The location was ideal for us. We were steps to the pool and beach, and both were never crowded regardless of the time of day. The restaurant next door, Kaibo, was delicious, and the adjacent coffee shop was a great morning treat. This is a quiet community that is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Elizabeth was very helpful and incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach, this is the place. We decided to drive to 7 mile one day and it took us about an hour to get there. The location is right next door to Kaibo Yacht Club which has a Tuesday night Barefoot Beach BBQ that is great. In addition, there have good drinks and a great coffee shop. The place was clean and the pool is right outside your door. It’s a short walk to Starfish Point and about a 2.5 mile round trip walk to Rum Point. I would stay here again if I was looking to stay on this part of the island.
