Vacation rentals with a patio in Granby

This stay was super, I loved it. The heat was usually 3-4 degrees warmer than the thermostat setting. New. Clean. Needs a toaster and a kitchen sink drain plug. Very quiet. Thanks for this little respite.

We had a great time. Lots of thoughtful details. We skied Loveland, ate in Idaho Springs, & hiked to St Mary’s Glacier - lots to do that was very accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The place was very clean and comfortable. I loved being able to cook and relax upstairs. The A frame restaurant right next door was amazing! The bus was easy to navigate but it was getting old to have to take it everywhere and not be able to walk (we have little kids so they couldn't have walked that far). The stair case wasn't the easiest to walk up and down, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The host was very helpful and let us check in early and even brought over a crockpot. Over all we felt right at home and comfortable and would stay again.

David was a great host and his place was awesome! Perfect for a week of skiing for my husband and I. True ski on/ski off which is exactly what we wanted and the condo itself was spotless! David was super communicative and responsive. I would 100% recommend staying here for your next ski vacation.

Super nice Airbnb! My friends and I came for winter carnival and had great accessibility to slopes through the buses due to location. Matthew was very kind and friendly, would highly recommend.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was roomy, nicely decorated, had a well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook and a responsive host. The unit was close to everything and was walkable to the bus to ski slopes and to restaurants. The front closet was also well stocked with extras such as sleds, snow shoes, towels for hot tub, snow shovel. The rooms were spacious and unit was very clean. We would definitely stay there again in the future!!!

This was a great stay and great hosts. If you’re not familiar with the area, the hosts provide a great overview of the area and amenities. The condo is close enough to walk to the hot tub which is great. Our kids loved to bunk and extra bed in the kids room. The condo is thoughtfully it right with plenary of hooks to hang your jackets, hats, ski gear all while having it out of the way. We hope to stay again soon.

Our Summit time stay was the rest we needed. With beautiful winter snow enveloping us, the fire place turning on intermittently & 3 hot tubs at the front office, it was the perfect mixture of respite. hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did.

We loved our time over Christmas at Jordan’s place! We had our children and grandchildren join us for 4 days of fun. Waking up on Christmas morning and having everyone open presents in front of the beautiful fireplace was great! The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. And you can’t beat the beautiful surroundings as you are encircled by mountains. Jordan was incredibly friendly and proactive, and did everything he could to prepare us for the trip and make sure we had a great time. I highly recommend this home for a family get together where you can spend time inside and out!!

We took our daughter skiing for the first time and this was the perfect location. Excellent location to ski lift and the hot tub was relaxing

We enjoyed this home immensely for our winter ski trip! Amazing views, well stocked kitchen, clean and clutter free. Clear instructions and communication. Would not hesitate to stay here again for another ski trip. Good access to Granby Ranch skiing and also an easy drive to Winter Park. Highly recommend!

This house has it all-great location for activities, plus close to shopping & restaurants. Well appointed/fully equipped spacious 2-level floor plan with many extra amenities (sleds, puzzles/games, kids toys/books). X-country ski/hiking trails run thru neighborhood-bus to downhill ski slopes makes frequent stops. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from upper deck or while relaxing in the lower deck hot tub. So much to enjoy in this house!

Beautiful and comfortable space; stocked with all you need. Enjoyed the surroundings, the hot tub, the decor, and especially the record player. Host was very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend.

Cody’s place is just awesome! Very conveniently located with a bus stop to Winter Park a few minutes walk down the road. The bedrooms are super cozy. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

Susan's house was exactly as described and pictured. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was very clean and incredibly well equipped. The furnishings were perfect for the place and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We loved the mountain views from the balcony, enjoyed the hot tub. The primary suite was very luxurious and the other bedrooms were well laid out and it was nice that they also had their own bathrooms. The town is just a short ride away and getting to Winter Park for skiing was super easy. We were very glad we found this house!

Jennifer’s place is fantastic. It was easy to find, comfortable and well equipped / setup, and in a fantastic location. It made for a fantastic vacation.

My first time in Fraser, and first time snowboarding at the Winter Park resort! An amazing place to wind back down after a tiring day, there is plenty of restaurants nearby. I liked that there was an area for us to not make a mess with our snowboard wear at the entry, I liked the extra blankets, and warm showers! Tons of closet space and a dresser as well :-) 5/5 would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The location was phenomenal and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The couches and bed are not the most comfortable for lounging around, but there’s so much to do outside that not a lot of time was spent inside.

Awesome stay for a ski weekend. Really glad I came across this place. It was very quaint, comfortable, and had pretty much everything I needed. The bedroom got a little warm at night but they have multiple fans that I ran and it kept me cool. Will definitely book again.

We loved staying here for all the reasons you would want for a ski in/out property. I especially loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were but everything about the apartment was as described and we felt right at home! Will definitely rent from Benjamin again, he was a great host!

Jordan’s place was perfect for a week long ski trip at Winter Park! The apartment was clean and conveniently located (10-15 min to the resort). The clubhouse was nice for laundry and post ski hot tub. The condo also had fast wifi, for anyone looking to work.
