Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

Victor's place was just what I needed for my stay. Easy access to the highway. Close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to get there, yet far enough away I could enjoy the peace and quiet (and watch the stars). The beds were comfortable, and loved that there were extra linens and pillows!. The jetted tub in the master suite was amazing!! The place had all the basic needs for a trip away. Will definitely choose this place again if it's available when I return to town!

We would definitely stay again. It was well appointed and served our purposes well while there to see 4 colleges. It’s close to lots of places to eat. Wish we’d had better weather to enjoy the back yard.

This was a great place to stay! The hosts were very informative and communicative. It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Perfect amount of space for the whole family and our 2 dogs.

We stayed here while visiting family and couldn't have picked a better home! Our 3 sons and 2 dogs absolutely loved the space in the backyard and we appreciated the secure fence. There were several comfy dog beds and plenty of space for the kiddos to play inside during the time it rained. The home was clean and very well stocked. Cleaning supplies, plenty of towels and extra toiletries! All appliances were in great working order. Morgan was incredibly responsive when we had questions and quickly dealt with a minor issue we had. I would highly recommend to families traveling to the area! You won't be disappointed!!

Bert’s “Fishbowl” is the perfect place for me to stay when I visit family in Greensboro. It’s a cozy studio space, well equipped with basic amenities, and walking distance from coffee shops & UNC-G. Very comfortable and convenient!

We came to Raleigh specifically to see an artist at the Lincoln Theater, so we wanted something walkable and we lucked out with this gem! Transfer Co. Food Hall made it easy to grab something quick and it was next to the Raleigh location of Burial Brewing. The theater and the "main drag" were a few blocks in the other direction. Also while there is ample street parking, the dedicated parking space is a lovely security blanket for those who aren't fond of parallel parking. Inside the decor was fresh and modern. I wish I'd brought my laptop to do a little work in the office/dining space just to say I did. I personally loved all the little artwork touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there's a white noise machine in the bedroom so you don't hear traffic sounds. The bedroom closets had hangers and hooks and one had a small dresser in it, so storage is covered. We are thinking about making this a yearly trip because this space was such a great home base!

definitely enjoyed my stay, loved the area and the place in general. very responsive host, very clean place, and close to the city. i would 100% stay again and would love to book another one sometime in the future!

Stephen was thoughtful, friendly, and welcoming. He's clearly a person who has spent his life creating special experiences and spaces for other people. There's nothing generic or bland about this place. The only thing I didn't love was the welcome messages were overlong. While I appreciate the little anecdotes & snippets of information, I don't prefer to have to comb through so many words to find out how to get into the house.

Amazing location and beautiful, spacious apartment with fantastic outdoor spaces! Be mindful of the kitchen (mini fridge and lack of oven) and lack of laundry when booking, which are as advertised.

We loved staying here during our time in Chapel Hill! The location was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to things to do in the area.

Rental unit was as described, very clean and easy to check in. Location is great - walkable to downtown. The bed was SO comfortable, and the linens were nice.

The place is charming with a homey feel. It’s super close to restaurants and bars. Jeff is really responsive and helpful. My friends and I found ourselves sitting around the dining table talking for hours each night- the place just feels like you want to gather and chat. Will book again if back in Winston!

Great stay in quiet area near the Villages and NC State. Lots of space and everything we needed. Great central location with easy drive to anywhere in Raleigh.

Stacey's condo was comfortable and very quiet. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood, but very near shops, restaurants and I-40. Stacey left us great suggestions for places to check out and was great to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!!

An adorable, beautifully decorated and comfortable place to stay! In close proximity to different neighborhoods with great restaurants and shopping, and only a short drive to the Ritz if you’re visiting for a concert. Audra and Brad were friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay here again!
