A very quiet place, the facilities are new and very nice I would definitely come back again

We had an amazing stay at 6 Peces. The house is so special - comfortable, open, airy, you feel like you’re part of the jungle falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean - but with all the modern comforts! Well equipped modern kitchen and very dependable wifi and power. Lorena, the caretaker, was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even lending us spices and butter which we forgot! She was able to make dinner arrangements at the lodge and arrange transportation as the walk back in the dark would not have been ideal. She gave us directions to sites in the area and laid out trails for us. The property itself is stunning, perched on the ocean with a wide lawn. Larger beaches within walking distance. King Louis Waterfall was a highlight- don’t be fooled by the initial falls you see - keep climbing to the top! Don’t miss out on an afternoon and dinner at the lodge - beatiful grounds and delicious food. We are definitely going back!

We (2 adults and 3 children) were kindly welcomed by Rodrigo. He took us through the house and showed us everything we needed. Then he offered to show us the neighborhood and the next three beaches. We then took him for a first walk and were already able to discover a lot of animals thanks to him. Just great! Twice a week, Rodrigo disposed of the waste, cleaned it and changed the laundry. He responded promptly to questions and took care of them. We also did tours with him. Always well organized. The property and the garden are very well maintained and in the middle of the fantastic natural paradise of OSA. We always felt safe and mega comfortable during the 3.5 weeks. We can recommend it right away. It's paradise!!!

Great location in the center of Drake village. Easy walking to shops and restaurants and beach. Great for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Spectacular views. Very clean. Vincent was extremely responsive and helped us in advance of our trip with transfers and also boat reservations while we were here. Just great. Would certainly stay here again.

We felt like we were living in the garden of eden. The place is wonderful, super private and very close to the main surf break. Place is dog friendly and Jamie & her husband were lovely people. We will come back as soon as possible;) Pura Vida

We loved this place! Such a peaceful setting, beautiful beach, and warm welcoming home and host. Peter was very helpful with getting us settled and helping out with anything we needed. It's about a 20 mins walk into town/restaurants on beach and road. A great place to stay in Drake Bay, would definitely recommend!

The property is beachfront. The home is perfect for 2-3 people. The kitchen has everything you need. Margaret was a great host & was very responsive & helpful. The area is very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay. Giovanni was very attentive and welcomed us in person on arrival. Provided us with many local recommendations and set us up for guided tour of the national park. Home is nestled in a very tranquil location surrounded by nature and a very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property and hosts.

We stayed at this casa for 10 days , Sara and her team , Michael and Nelson , are exceptional humans , So kind and helpful, Sara would check in everyday , I can tell you you will not be disappointed in anything the local people are also extremely helpful , Nelson was our fish and our tour guy , He brought us yellow fin tuna 5 dollars a pound , We ate 4 lbs . Jose brought us prawns twice , we ate fish every night ! The beach is black sand and private steps from your crystal clear pool , sun sets were spectacular! Love the people love the house . We would love to come back next year .Thank you ♥️

An absolute epic spot! you are 30 sec walk to the beach and surf spot, 10 min drive from punta banco. The cabin are super cozy , private and the kitchen has everything you need. I stayed there for a week and Ian & Zara made me feel right at home. Such amazing host, always ready to help with recommendations of surf spot , restaurant, place to buy fresh tuna & fresh shrimps! For anyone on a surf trip this place got to be your first pick! 10/10

We had a wonderful time staying at Amanda and Jay’s place. The cabin has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and we appreciated the attention to details like high quality cooking appliances, comfortable beds, awesome pool area and everything being spotlessly clean. The use of the kayaks and paddle boards allowed us to explore the golfo and all of its wonders. Seeing turtles, rays and dolphins right from a kayak was a highlight. What made our stay extra special was Amanda and her wonderful family. We were made to feel like family, and our kids making friends with each other was wonderful. We highly recommend this property for families.

This was our first time renting an Airbnb in a foreign country, so we were a little nervous. Charles was super helpful and responsive during the whole trip. He gave us great recommendations, scheduled our excursions, and answered all of our questions. The main thing we wanted to do was to go offshore fishing. Charles hooked us up with two great captains (Louis and Donald (Dos Mas), and we had a great day of fishing. The house is located just a very short walk from the pier where you catch the boat. There are also several good restaurants that are within a short walk from the house. We also did an off-road drive and a short hike to the King Louis waterfall, tour of chocolate farm, and went surfing with Keilor (Lakos surf shop in town). We would recommend all of these activities highly. This was a great trip and we had a party of 6 from age 7 to 71. The fishing was amazing.

We (me, my husband and two sones - 7 and 9 years old) stayed at Sandy’s beautiful house for 7 nights and loved it. The house is rustic and open air and you really feel the jungle all around you - from the crashing of the waves on the beach that is steps away, to the morning choir of parrots and monkeys in the garden. Cooking in the kitchen with nature all around was really special and just want we needed to disconnect from our otherwise busy lives. The housekeeper came every most days, and the house caretaker was amazing - checking in with us each day to make sure that everything was ok, and helping us organize great day trips from Corcovado National Park, to zip lining and waterfall hikes. There are a few places near by to get lunch/ dinner (Encanta La Vida, Martines, Lapa Rios) if you don’t want to cook all the time, and they also organized for someone to come and cook for us at home one night. The beach is really beautiful - nothing beats having it on your doorstep.

What a special home! It was just perfect for myself and two teenage boys on our recent surf trip to Pavones. The location is excellent and do NOT underestimate how great it is to have a salt water pool! Super private and quiet as well. Valentine was a super responsive and friendly host so felt very taken care of. Could not have gone smoother and would book it again for sure.

The location is great, few doors down to a supermarket and few restaurants. The property is beachfront and private. It’s more worth than what I paid for. Ana is a really nice person and eager to help. I’ll be back!

Paz is a special place and Roberto is a wonderful host. The floor to ceiling screens in the living room/dining room situate you right in the secondary forest. Heaven for nature loving bird nerds. If you’ve spent time on the Osa before, you know Howler monkeys wake you at 4:30am. We watched howler, spider, and squirrel monkeys from bed. The beach is a minute walk. A covered porch with hammocks and chairs to enjoy the beautiful Gulfo Dulce. And a small pool to cool off in (key) and watch Macaws, capuchin monkeys, hermit crabs & the waves. We bought groceries in Puerto Jimenez and cooked most of meals for the week. Kitchen has big fridge, sharp knives, and worked well for us. Marluna Lodge (5 min drive) for Taco Tuesday. Visited local surf breaks and surfed the right point break out front of Paz. Tide dependent. Roberto can help you figure it out. Roberto was very attentive, warm, and helpful. He’s created a beautiful space in a beautiful part of the world.

This was an incredible place to stay; we were there for three weeks and enjoyed every second of it. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Casa verde is an incredible place to spend a beautiful time, Karla was always very attentive and kind to collaborate with everything. The beds are really comfortable, the house is impeccable, very clean. Stay in front of the best sunsets! A lot of privacy ideal for sharing in a bubble. Lots of cool breeze, large dining room, hammock, and rocking chairs. Supermarkets nearby.

I booked this place for my dad and spent alot of time over there also. He really enjoyed his stay. Sonny and Sandra are amazing host. They are super friendly and very responsive. The location is great, just steps from the water. The local baker Ellie is just down road. If you're considering visting Zancudo I would highly recommend it. It's unlike any other place.

We absolutely loved our Cabaña 2. Especially the views into the jungle from the balcony, and that it was very private, at the end of a little path. Perfect for birdwatching from the balcony. Bring binoculars! The tapir even crossed at night and we saw it up close, which was fascinating! The Hut has no glass windows, everything is nicely sealed with bug net, so we were never too warm at night and didnt get any bites either. We already miss it and would always come back. Don't expect anything fancy though.

This was our family’s 5th trip to Pavones . We like to try different places and locations . Giselle’s home was beautiful , spacious and very comfortable. We had a smaller group and it didn’t feel overwhelming as it’s a big place . Outdoor spaces were amazing , and a quick walk to essentially a private beach . (Only saw 1 person over 8 days ) a short walk to La Pina restaurant for a pizza or dinner and only 3-5 minutes from various spots near Pavones point. I will say this was perhaps the most well equipped kitchen and linens we have experienced yet . Oliver the caretaker was quite helpful and his English is fair . Overall a very positive experience. The place is just a few meters from a kilometer-long beach, which is almost yours. Although it's a public beach, there are almost no people there. So just perfect! The place looks exactly like the photos and Cara is a great host. She receives you very kindly and is very communicative. We would come back in a heartbeat!
