We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house in Leadville! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making this place special. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved waking up to the mountain views and sipping coffee on the porch in the crisp morning air. We had a great time here with our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was spacious enough for all of us, and it was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the fire tub and hot tub in the evenings. The yard backs up to a fairly busy street, but still feels private due to the trees and landscaping. There was an issue with one of the toilets before we arrived, but iTrip communicated well with us about it so there were no surprises. My only suggestion would be more and different kinds of bowls/plates. They were a bit large (too large for small kids) and we could have used more of them for our group size. The variety of different drinkware was great, however. Overall, we would stay here again!

We had a great trip at Ashley’s home. We came in to ski snowmass and highlands. The location is great with the mountain only 25-30 minutes away. There are also local amenities such as Whole Foods, restaurants, etc that are all within 5 minutes that made our stay super convenient. Would stay again!

Absolutely incredible space and host. The 2nd floor apartment was everything we needed for a quick few days in the area. Comfortable and beautiful living area, bathroom and sleeping area. Just perfect for us traveling as a couple. Walkable neighborhood and easy walking to downtown for Carbondale's restaurants, shops, and galleries. Thoughtful appliances in the kitchen, comfortable mattress, and lots of windows that opened to hear the birds in the morning. Walking in the neighborhood gives great views of Mt Sopris. So much to do in the area, we were grateful to have found this perfect little space as our homebase. Would 100% stay again.

This airbnb truly felt like a home. From the fully stocked kitchen (with beautiful unique pottery) to the cozy couch with a blanket and all the wonderful little touches in between (artwork, crystals, etc.) this place felt more like a home. It was clean, spacious, well-lit, and relaxing. We loved the location and found it easy to walk to town, the grocery store, and many other amenities. We highly recommend this place!

Space is clean and well appointed. Even had a jacket dryer. Much attention to detail. Highly recommend John’s place.

We thoughroughly enjoyed our stay in Marble. Cristina thought of everything, from placemats, to cookware, to bugspray, and feminine products, contact solution, and coffee/tea making items, this house has everything you need to feel right at home. She even had toothbrushes and tooth paste if you forgot yours. Also, the jet tub in the Master bath was a treat! The views are stunning and the area is beautiful! Thank you for providing a lovely, dog friendly mountain getaway. It was exactly what we needed.
