Highly recommend, i would definitely stay here again

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Super cool spot ~ Very friendly staff/locals and an awesome vibe. Everything you need, supermarket within walking distance, beautiful waves to surf and tasty food served in the cafe. Bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the bed is the ocean, which is unbeatable. Sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to it - Loved my time! Lively atmosphere so suits those more social.

It was a peaceful stay. Not much to do but if you want to relax it’s great.

Great maid service! However location is’nt very good if you want to sleep before midnight. Check in instructions were unclear we ended up having to walk our luggage all the way to the second reception to pick up the key. Overall stay was 8/10

The villa is better than in the photos, also a great location in the middle of rice fields. Upon arrival, it was noisy, during the first week, since there was a sowing time, the fields were plowed with a mini combine. There is a small narrow road that only a motorbike can pass to the villa, so if you have large luggage, you will have to drag it by hand, which is not very convenient. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, there is a cooler with clean water, you can write Wayan and the water will be brought quickly, the garbage will be removed, the pool will be cleaned, if not day by day, then the next day the issue was resolved. The bedding was changed once a week, a bed for two, there is a canopy, which is very convenient. Rain shower, hot water. The villa is spacious, the wifi is fast, there were interruptions, but it was resolved promptly, the place is ideal for work, you can focus. We rented for a couple of weeks, then extended it, as a whole everything is ok.

This place is absolutely stunning and magical! Nestled peacefully by the river, it offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and communicative, always ready to assist with a smile. Ellie, in particular, is exceptionally thoughtful and kind. Highly recommended!

The villa was breathtaking. If you are looking to have a relaxing time this is the place for you. Just put some mosquito repellent and you can chill and enjoy the nature. we were welcomed by Nur and his wife, they were super friendly and helpful. very nice people We recommend it!

A lovely villa with a charming atmosphere and a peaceful location. Freja and Niels were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our time. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best villa I have ever stayed on airbnb.The room was described as well as shown in the photos.While keeping nature, it also keeps the room and the pool and other places sparkling clean.We gave up most of our itineraries to enjoy inside the villa. A lot of the details of the villa have done a great job, there is a pair of sound that can be linked, there is a projector to watch Netflix, there is an umbrella provided, a welcome drink is provided, and a breakfast that can be customized, and the pool also has a massage feature. Even better is the warmth of the host, ayu, and helped us buy durian to make a great vacation that would have made it even better. It's a shame we only stayed here for two nights and hopefully we'll have a chance to come back in the future!

We've stayed in Akaza Villa for few days and it was a great choice. It's beautiful, very clean with stunning ocean and river view from the terrace and pool. It's new refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need. Pool is very clean, refreshing and big enough to swim (not only take a bath like in a lot of villas with private pool in Bali) On the terrace you have a big wooden table for more then 12 people where you can enjoy every meal. There is also a barbecue. All staff is very kind and helpful. Walking distance to the beach. The only thing is that villa is situated in quiet area what was actually advantage for us.

I had an amazing stay at Aix di Sawah Ubud! The villa is beautifully designed, offering stunning views of lush rice fields and a serene private pool—exactly what I needed for a peaceful getaway. The ambience was perfect, blending modern comfort with nature. The hospitality was exceptional. Wayan and the team were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Their attention to detail and prompt responses made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape in Ubud, this place is perfect. Highly recommended, and I’d love to return!

We had the best 14 day stay at this beautiful villa over January and February, 2025. It was absolutely perfect and it was for sure the best decision to stay here. Ketut and Purnadi were excellent. The house was immaculate upon check in. It’s absolutely gorgeous and in a quiet street but also close to the supermarket! Everything in the home is new and fresh. It looks exactly as the photos show. The bed is really comfortable and everything works well in the kitchen and bathroom. The curtains are black out, so you can enjoy the rainy mornings and sleep in. Highly recommend it! 10/10 from us - Thank you for a great stay Ketut and Purnadi!
