Monthly Rentals in Giannades

Xanthi was a really great landlord: discreet but at the same time always immediately available and collaborative when we needed it. The house is as described, we had a really good time: quiet, in a village just as quiet and comfortable to move to the various destinations in Corfu. Absolutely recommended. Great thanks to Xanthi!

Staying with Giorgios was a very nice experience. A renovated country house with ample spaces (we were in three people) surrounded by greenery. The village of Giannades with the main amenities (market, bars, tavernas) can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The perfect place to relax, in a great location to drive to the various towns on the island. Giorgios is a special person: friendly, caring, attentive, he accompanied us with discretion and friendliness in the days spent by him. Unforgettable the evening spent together in the garden chatting, singing accompanied by his music (he is also a very good musician) and the fruits of his garden he offered us. Being a guest like him makes us think about the serenity and importance of simple and true relationships. Recommended for those looking for an authentic experience, away from "mass" tourism. Very clean and QUIET accommodation! It is well located in relation to the island and the places to visit nearby; but essential vehicle. Richard is a courteous Host and available if needed. Small downside the pool was not warm enough for our taste...fortunately the sea was warmer... No A/C in the room, too bad.... We recommend this listing for adults but not too much for teenagers as they will be bored and for the younger ones: no safety pool and large and unfenced grounds.

Beautiful home where everything has been considered to the smallest detail. Really nice and wamt host. I really reccommend as we felt at home. Great location on the middle of the Island - must with a car og scooter. All in all, an amazing experience.
