I had a great stay at the apartment—everything was perfect. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very thoughtful and accommodating, even providing a child chair without us asking, which was a lovely surprise and made things so much easier. Highly recommend!

We stayed at John’s property for a short visit to San Diego for our nieces bridal shower. John was an excellent host! Always responsive, although we did not have any problems at all. His property is just perfect. Very clean, very comfortable beds, darling backyard, even the neighbors are nice. We had everything we needed. A very comfortable stay. Very charming home and Meghan was a great host. She had recommendations printed, baby gear, and even some beverages for us to enjoy! She was responsive and made check out incredibly easy as we had a very early flight home. The neighborhood was great and had a lot to offer! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone, especially families!

Andrea’s place was wonderful. We came into town for a family memorial service and she was so accommodating to all our needs. It was very warm and welcoming and the pool and hot tube was so relaxing after our long stressful days! Wish we had more time to play and explore, but that just means we will need to come back and stay again! We had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much for a wonderful trip! I cannot say enough about this place. I loved staying here and would 1000% stay again. Everything was spotless, the view was amazing, I’ve never been more relaxed and at peace. They have everything you could need,everything was thoughtfully put together. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

This property looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean. It was nice to have 3 separate housing units as we had 3 families in our party. The 2 bedroom house is connected to the owners (I'm assuming) property and they are on site. The property was very clean and the sheets were very soft and comfortable. I wish there were a few more hand towels but with a washer/dryer in every unit we were able to wash them. The backyard was really great and the kids loved playing back there! The driveway is long and fairly narrow. The houses aren't on a busy street so it's easy enough to back out. I didn't love the late check in (5PM) but they did allow us to check in early (for a fee.) We had a great vacation and I would recommend this property!

10/10 would recommend! Rebecca's place was exactly as described and perfect in every way for my 1 week trip to San Diego. - The home was immaculately clean and smelled amazing. This place couldn't have been more spotless - Loved the privacy and cuteness of the backyard - Super clear check-in / check-out / house manual instructions - Surrounding area was quiet and peaceful - Quick, responsive, and friendly communication. She was flexible and accommodating when my flight schedule took a turn! Word of wisdom if you plan to bring a car - The street is a bit tight and getting in the driveway can be tricky, so I'd recommend small cars only. I had a mini SUV (2025 VW Tao) and was able to make it work! I'll definitely rebook this stay again. Thanks so much!

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

This was a great value for both location and amenities. Light and airy, spotlessly clean, and felt like home. The lovely Zen-themed backyard, with its fountain, pine tree, and mature ferns, was a relaxing retreat between miles of walking through Balboa Park, etc. all day and getting ready to head out for dinner and night spots, all within walking distance. This was one of the most relaxing and welcoming places I've ever stayed in. Luis and Wade were both very helpful, informative, and communicative about checking in and out. I hope to return to this property very soon.

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

The location was phenomenal for little Italy. Very clean and beds are very comfortable. Awesome views!

In a very nice area. Easy to find easy to walk to the beach. Not far from restaurants. The unit is as described. Is small but doable for a couple or solo traveler even with a dog. Sofa could use replacing but otherwise is very nice. Would recommend

The place/location were great! More than enough room inside to accommodate my girlfriend and I. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to cook meals. Bathroom/bedroom was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. Hard to complain about the location! Walkable coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bars & the beach/bay. Would definitely recommend, as we had a great time!

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of space for our family of 6. Unfortunately a few of us got sick during our visit but this place was a comfortable space to recuperate and isolate in. There was lots to do nearby. We loved walks on the beach and exploring local restaurants. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time! So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Location is amazing! Right on the peaceful bay but within a 2 minute walk you’re on the busier oceanside.

This is an excellent oceanfront rental. The unit is extremely clean and well kept up. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we need. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. When a few minor issues arose the host very quickly addressed them. We plan to be back!

Junn was extremely attentive and helpful. The space was nice and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone else!
