Honestly the place was great. The beach was right down the street and there were plenty of restaurants and bars near by. I would love to stay again!

This was our 2nd stay in the last two months and will be staying here again in the future. Great location, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. It’s perfectly sized for me, my wife and 1 yr old son and reasonably priced. Richard is a very accommodating host and is on top of it. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Richard.

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

With the beach and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away, this is a fabulous location. The apartment was clean and equipped with 2 bathrooms, which is a huge plus. The large deck can seat several people and served as a private outdoor space to soak in the beautiful San Diego weather. Patty checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. We were pleased with both the accommodations and the host.

Great place in a great location. Very clean! Richard is very attentive! Close to everything! Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, beach, bars, etc. Will stay here again for sure 🙂

Amazing location, right on the beachfront and so beautiful. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Definitely a worthwhile stay.

Great location in La Jolla. Walking distance to everything you need. Host was very communicative when you needed help. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

The spot was a little difficult to find but was very helpful and a nice private placement. The neighbors did get a little noisy from time to time but other than that the house was perfect for a nice little spot to stay.

I had a great stay! The space is small but very well-equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which was a nice bonus. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the closet was larger than expected, providing plenty of storage. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely book again!

Very quaint and quiet place. Simplicity at its finest the beach being less than a mile away was amazing and the serenity and feeling we got why we were there was amazing.

Excellent property and stay. There was a little issue with the heat but we made it work. Everything is comfortable and nice. The neighborhood is nicely secluded and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the space. Brandon has done a great job with his updates. One of my favorite things was morning coffee on the deck looking at the park and bay. Great location for walking or driving.

My partner and I felt right at home staying here. The atmosphere of the area and the place alone was comforting and peaceful, felt right at home. Loved the big TVs! After a long drive to SD, this was the perfect place to end up for our stay.

Fatima was incredibly helpful and accommodating and helped make sure we had the perfect spot for my group to get ready for my wedding.

We really enjoyed our stay! Point Loma is beautiful and there's plenty to walk to, and you're minutes from the water.

Location is absolutely perfect, right between the bay and the ocean with lots of restaurants and shops right down the street. Despite being close to so much activity it also feels very private, with an excellent hot tub. The shower was also hot with great pressure. The mattress was a bit firmer than we are used to, and the kitchen supplies are a bit minimal, but everything was fine overall.

Excellent host and overall a great experience. Clean unit and in an awesome location of town. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m back in SD.

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

Amazing dog friendly location just a short walk to the dog beach in OB and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Place is bigger and better than advertised in pictures. OB is the place to be when visiting SD.

Great stay as advertised. We stayed here with our 3 year old and she slept in the downstairs bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for us but the upstairs bedroom is a loft. The place was very clean which we appreciated and the parking space is key. Also, the street the unit is on is amazing. Great coffee and breakfast spots all within walking distance. I had one of the top 5 breakfasts in my life at Parkhouse eatery. We split the Portuguese sausage tres egg scramble with lemon ricotta pancakes and it was 🤌🏼!

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the zoo/park and short drive to downtown or the beach. Place was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and laundry was convenient. It is close to the highway and airport so there is noise. You can also occasionally hear people walking or water running through the pipes. There was a white noise machine which was nice. If your looking for quiet this might not be it. But if city noise doesn't bother you this place is great!

We enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s! Everything was beautiful, accommodating, and exactly as described. The outdoor “backyard” was amazing, and so relaxing. We also felt very safe. We loved the area and its easy access to all surrounding activities! We cannot recommend this space enough, and hope to be back in the future. Definitely book one of Ricardo’s spaces for your dream trip!

Loved it! Super chill and everything is brand new with modern finish. Twas a great place to relax. The bathroom shower was amazing I am still dreaming of it. Top Tier. Would definitely stay again. Good vibes, Great place to do a quick cleanse from planet earth. P.s, thank you for those black makeup towels… it was thoughtful
