A very nice apartment located at the other side of the river in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The ferry takes you downtown in less than 10 minutes every half hour or you have a reliable bus service 24 hours. You also have the Mississippi trail just across the street if you want to go out for a run. The apartment has natural light, ample spaces and comfortable furniture.

We loved our stay at Benjamin’s place!! What especially stood out was the heating system and how comfortable all the beds were. We liked the charm of the long hallway and the bedrooms being all very private. The decor was very cute. Also the neighborhood was awesome!! We met so many locals and if you get a chance PLEASE try the smoker truck that parks within a block or two of this house. BEST pork chop sandwich I’ve ever had. Yes you read that right pork chop sandwich! Thank you for a fantastic stay in an amazing city.

Very clean Airbnb. Beautiful pool but too chilly at Thanksgiving. Only slept at Airbnb as we were in town for Thanksgiving with our son’s family. Comfy beds. Very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

The Natchez was a wonderful place to stay, it was perfect for our group. It was very close to the French Quarters and walkable. They were very proactive in communicating with me prior to our arrival to let me know that the central heat wasn’t working. They tried to fix the issue before our arrival but it required a new part. They apologized and even gave me a discount, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to others.

Location, location, location! Sarah and Alleshia's place was perfect for our group of 7 friends, who have traveled together for almost 40 years! Marigny is the place to be: We loved walking around the neighborhood, and nearby restaurants (like Ruby Slipper across the street and Ike's Love and Sandwiches down the block) were delicious. Beds were comfortable, common areas were conducive to visiting, and kitchen had all that was needed. (TBH, who's cooking at home when you're in NOLA?!?) Best was how immediately responsive and helpful Alleshia was. The weekend before the January 22 snow-pocalypse was pretty bitter cold, and when we asked for a few extra blankets, there they were, delivered before we got back from the day's excursion. Thank you so much, Alleshia, for everything you did to make our time in NOLA wonderful!

Our group of five old college friends could not have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect for us, with appropriate sleeping space, comfortable common areas, and a lovely back yard. Everything was as advertised. The Marigny and Bywater are two of my favorite neighborhoods in NOLA, so the locations was great, and it's easy walking distance to Frenchman's St. and the French Quarter (but also removed from the action a bit). And Franz and Tracy were simply the best - great communicators and incredibly generous and flexible.

Walking into Deidre’s place was near magical…the colors and decor were impressive and bespoke all the New Orleans culture I could have imagined. The gorgeous chandeliers were everywhere and they were a beautiful as well as functional vibe. Soaring ceilings, and I hadn’t previously known but soon realized it’s a ‘shotgun’ house/cottage - the front door has a direct line of sight to the back door. Felt a bit idyllic. I also appreciated the security system, being in an unfamiliar place and neighborhood, and felt at peace each night we finally rested our heads after walking 3-4 miles each day.

I stayed for two weeks and found the house to be SO comfortable! It is just as charming as it looks in the photos. The neighborhood is only okay ambience-wise, but you can’t beat its convenient location. Just a couple of blocks to the St. Charles street car or the 91 bus. Nearby restaurants that we’d recommend: Avenue Cafe, Hi-Velocity, Mais Arepa, Gris-Gris and Hot Tin! Take the street car to The Columns Hotel, Chloe or Commander’s Palace

This is a great place in Lakeview. It's walkable to restaurants and close to attractions. Easy to get in and out, the place is spacious and good for families. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Heirloom property for 7 days, and everything was as described, with a small mix-up finding the place. The address on the listing was different from the one we were given for check-in, but since the units are similar, it wasn’t a big deal. What stood out most was how kind and responsive the team was. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay—low batteries on the lock and a pool issue—and they sent someone out immediately to fix both. On the day we were set to check out, New Orleans had a snowstorm with nine and a half inches of snow, and we needed to extend our stay as we were snowed in. They explained another guest was arriving, but they worked hard to accommodate us. They found us another unit, even resolving an issue where frozen pipes left it without water. Their thoughtfulness and quick action made a stressful situation much easier for us.
