Monthly Rentals in Garber

Derricks place was perfect and convenient for what we were in town for. Also very generous with the supplies and waterwhich was exactly what we needed after a long travel day!

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. We loved the exposed brick and old plaster on the walls too! The location is kind of industrial but not scary. Very close to lots of things, we were attending an event at the Stride Bank Center and were about a 5 minute drive away. Napoli Italian restaurant was really good as well as Cafe Garciá!

What a gem of a place for Medford! The loft was cozy, clean, and convenient for our short stay in Medford. The host was very responsive and accommodating. If you ever visit the area and stay at the loft, check out Margie’s and the Sugar Shak directly across the street for your hunger needs. 😀

This was a great place just right down the road from our kids and grandkids. We will definitely book again if it’s available the next time we go visit.
