The place is exactly as the photos and Peshitha and his uncle who helped us check in were very helpful and responsive. The place is right on a quiet beach close to many of the tourist areas like Galle, Unawatuna, Weligama and only about 30 mins from Mirissa. Overall a good experience and thank you Peshitha and family for making this a memorable experience for us.

Chathura is an incredibly and polite host who will make you feel at home instantly. This is the perfect accommodation for a stay in Hikkaduwa, it has everything you could ask for, for the best possible price. If you have any questions or problems chat, Chathura I will help you with it. You will also get the chance to learn about cinnamon production and how to cook a traditional Sri Lankan meal. I’m a single woman traveling alone from the U.S. and from the first moment meeting the hosts, I felt like I was part of this beautiful family. I have friends forever here! So warm and welcoming and accommodating. What a beautiful example of Sri Lankan hospitality. The hostess is always eager to cook you a delicious Sri Lankan meal. They put in so much effort to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I need. Excellent all around! Incredible value, excellent Wi-Fi, beautiful home, quick access to Hikkaduwa beach. The host has also been my personal tour guide of the area, which has a lot to see and experience. In particular the tsunami of 2004 was quite devastating to this area, and there are many memorials that are heart-opening. This family even rented a car and drove me eight hours to the center of the island where we spent the night together experiencing other sites! Incredible! I would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to have a unique, personal experience!

We had a Honey moon and New Year in Akain villa. The villa is situated very close to the ocean. We prefer to see sunsets at the beach. The owners are very kind and friendly people. They help us, brought everything what we need. In the eve of New Year Candy and Lakmina organized unforgettable beach party with national food and fireworks for their guests! There is 20 minutes to the fish market by foot. Every Saturday there is the market not far from the villa. We have wonderful time in this house.

Perfect for what we needed, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were very kind and helpful. Ours room was spotless and just like the pictures.

If you’re looking to stay in a calm, local and welcoming Southern Sri Lankan location this is your stay! This stay is not only an amazingly adorable tiny house with a functional kitchen, phenomenal views of Kahawennagama village, and easy access to Talpe beach, but also comes with Lahiru as an amazing host. He will welcome you with open arms and show you all of the secrets Talpe has to offer. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to anyone coming down south! Thank you Lahiru.

Fantastic place, beautiful pool and gardens. So easy to flow right from living area to pool. Not right on the beach but access very easy through adjoining vacant property of same owners. Staff super attentive. Lovely village of Ballapitiya only 5 mins walk up a quiet lane way, with a multitude of eating options. We loved this village as we seemed to be the only tourists, locals genuine and friendly.

Property is beautiful and spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Nishani was a great help and cooked dinner for us twice, a proper taste of local cuisine. A short tuk tuk ride to Unawatuna which has some nice restaurants.

Had a great stay at this beautifully furnished, duplex condominium. The apartment has ample space, is extremely comfortable and ideally suited for a large family or group. It is also equipped with all the amenities you would expect from any 5* hotel. The host, Minoli was also extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. All in all, one of the best condominium properties in the area!

This is a truly unique home in a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the ocean. The design of the house is exquisite, crafted with great taste, style, and a soul of its own. Nissanka and Damith are incredibly hospitable, always ready to assist, guide, and organize anything for their guests. Their cooking is exceptional! We had an amazing time here. Samudrawasa Villa is a beautiful and serene traditional Sri Lankan style home. Somewhat dated but with lots of charm, space and beauty. The whole experience at Villa Samudrawasa was made exceptional because of the manager/caretaker of the Villa. Mr Kingsley who is such a great manager and a wonderful person and his closest associate, Nisantha an equally kind, amazing, service minded professional. The two took such great care to make our stay safe, pleasant, enjoyable and easy. Under Kingsley’s supervision and leadership the two men took care of all our needs. Shopping, local transport for shopping, arrangements for transport, cooking, and suggestions for trips to make. They were present at the villa at all times although non intrusive. The cooking was fabulous, high quality, varied with fantastic presentation. For a birthday celebration, Christmas and new years extra special care was taken to provide a feast and make the evenings memorable. We felt both safe and pampered. Huge thanks!

A wonderful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the energetic neighbourhood! The food is lovely! The house is beautiful! The view is magical. The pool was much appreciated and often used by the children. Shantha and Preboda took such wonderful care of us! Our daughter will always remember their passionfruit milkshakes! The food was really great! The kindness was tangible. Thank you!

The White Sand Villa stay will be the highlight of my Trip to Sri Lanka. The Villa was Fantastic with a Pool and just a Few Steps from the white Sand and your the Prive Indian Ocean Lagoon. the Staff was just so Nice took care of all our requests. The Chef just made best food what we wanted. I will recommend this Villa to anyone. Nirasha was Fantastic host.

I stayed for two weeks at this beachfront villa in Ambalangoda, and it was an incredible experience. The villa is spacious, with large rooms and plenty of space to relax. Having a parking area was a huge advantage, especially for my rented motorcycle. Denuka, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He quickly addressed my requests via WP and ensured a smooth stay. Another highlight was Denuka’s uncle, who spends most of the day near the swing in the front yard. He is incredibly kind and always ready to help whenever needed. Exploring the surroundings by motorcycle was a fantastic experience—I highly recommend it. Overall, this villa is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jasper Ocean. The location is amazing. The villa is just a few yards from the ocean and we had the beach in front of the house mostly to ourselves. It was ideal for swimming as the water is quite shallow for quite a distance. The house itself is not quite as new as in the photos but still very nice and comfortable. The upstairs balcony is a lovely common area to read, relax, and take in the gorgeous sunsets. The staff was also very attentive and responsive to our needs. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at Jasper Ocean!

This place is a pleasant surprise! Located in the outskirts of Bentota, it’s a beach house with a stunning view. This place is duplex, spacious as well as neat & clean. We were a group of 4 and all of us had very positive feedback. Dhanushka was prompt in attending to us while Horsham had been outstanding in going the extra mile helping us out in each and every thing. He served us local home made breakfast on both the days - it is something not to be missed at all. I highly recommend this place to those who are looking to relax for few days or want a base while exploring southern province!
