Had a lovely stay with Anna. She reached out multiple times over our short stay to make sure we were comfortable. The laundry room and bathroom are a shared space so she was always right there if we needed something. Lots to do in the area!

My dog and I returned for another trial in the area and stayed at Katie's wonderful place. We always enjoy our visits, and as usual everything is top notch.

Lovely little studio attached to a home. AC kept unit quite chilly. Black out shades for privacy and quiet. Off the beaten UF path, not a far drive. Lovely quiet residential neighborhood. The host was very kind and provided a welcoming sign and provided light snacks and a fridge with some beverages. Keurig coffee provided. My only suggestion is the mattress and bedding could use an update just for coziness. The mattress offered little support, kind of like a pull out couch feel so if you struggle with back pain, it could be problematic. But that doesn’t take away the perfect rating. I stayed in Andrea's Airbnb for a month while working remotely. It is truly a gem that combines proximity to what Gainesville is famous for: the University of Florida, Shands Hospital complex, and Santa Fe College. This airbnb is in proximity to variety of restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, parks, and houses of prayers. Andrea's airbnb is located in an upscale, walk-able community on the double cul-de-sac lined up with magnificent trees. The inside is superbly clean, with many thoughtful details, making you feel comfortable. Andrea, is an excellent host, assuring privacy and also responding promptly to communication and attending to requests and questions. There is free access to new washer/dryer. WiFi with good speed. Certainly, I will look up Andrea's Airbnb anytime I will be heading to Gainesville.

This was a fantastic find. A new listing, a fresh feel to everything. Emily is super kind and generous with her shared space. We had a fun time together discussing Alachua and Gainesville offerings. She recommended some great outings, hiking areas and nature sights. The house was comfy and super remote, i felt truly off the grid, low emfs. Amazing wildlife sighting, an armadillo rustling around the window in the night. A fun escape, a sweet experience. Thankyou for your service. 🙏🕉🫶

We enjoyed our stay here and will return if available. The location is 5-10 minutes to UF and all the stores on Archer but it’s so peaceful and quiet. Parking was on the street in front of the main property on a very quiet street in beautiful golf club community. It had everything we needed—nice hot shower and comfortable bed and couch. Highly recommended.

The house was truly exceptional—immaculate and well-organized. What really captivated me was the lovely view of the docks out back. I would definitely stay here again; everything was just perfect.

I would recommend this place anytime you want to stay in the area. Very spacious and very clean. Had an awesome experience would recommend to my friends and family.

Deni was so wonderfully responsive and made check-in extremely easy. She explained how everything worked so well that we had no questions at all. Her cozy home was super comfortable, super clean and everything worked well. She even left us some of her "happy hen" eggs for breakfast, and that was so thoughtful. Deni's backyard is a tropical paradise, with a lovely screened-in porch that has a view of the beautiful pool. All in all, even though it was a brief stay, it was just perfect for us.

Raul and Carla’s place was the perfect home base while enjoying a college visit to see our daughter at UF. Raul and Carla were incredibly communicative, and the room was immaculate. The new porch (equipped with a relaxing hammock) was also a nice perk to the property. Raul and Carla thought of every detail, from including a fridge/freezer combo and microwave, to providing nice towels, extra blankets, proper wine glasses, and even snacks and a coffee maker/coffee. Note also that even though this is a room/bathroom rental as part of a larger home, there is a completely separate entrance and it is completely private- it is in a very safe neighborhood and only a fifteen minute easy drive to the university. I look forward to staying there again on our next visit!

This is an excellent small suite. It has an excellent shower and the owner thought of everything in terms of ample electrical plugs in all the appropriate locations which was marvelous. It was extremely clean and cozy. We spent two days/2 nights in High Springs so it was perfect for us.

This stay was an absolute dream! The location was perfect—nestled in the forest, providing such a peaceful atmosphere. I was obsessed with the fairy decor outside; it truly added to the charm. The bath was an amazing touch—be sure to bring bath salts and bubbles to make the most of it! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well. The host was attentive and kind. It felt safe as a solo female traveler. Plus, there’s so much to do in the area! Highly recommend this spot for a cozy and enchanting getaway.

My little family (myself, husband, 7 year old, and baby) stayed here for two nights on a family trip to attend a wedding. We chose this place because it looked homey & a highlight that they had animals on the property! We would've loved to stay a little longer to enjoy a little more, since they had a pond and a fire pit for some outdoor time. :) The place was small (as advertised) which was fine, because we spent most of our time out. We appreciated that there were some small amenities like coffee, a microwave, mini fridge, and a laundry area. There were some other appliances for cooking, but we didn't use them. The bathroom door wouldn't latch, but it's ok. The bed was comfy, though there is a bit of a dip in the middle. My 7 year old used the futon couch as her bed and thought it was comfy! We loved being able to see the farm animals & enjoy the farmhouse feel. It was a nice change of scenery from city life! We would be interested in staying again next time we visit!

Our stay at "The Perch" was a magical getaway. I stayed there with my mother, who was visiting us from France, and my 5-year-old daughter. We found ourselves in this little paradise, surrounded by the lake, peacocks, and citrus trees. We were able to fully recharge, swim in the fresh water, kayak on the lake, watch the peacocks, and more. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. All three of us loved it! Clea was very responsive to my questions, and the house had everything we could possibly need. I will be coming back soon with my husband and daughter to enjoy this haven of peace again.
