We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and a convenient personalized code. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The reserved parking spot made things so much easier. My parents, who were visiting for my graduation at UF, felt right at home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again for being such a wonderful host!

Tina was awesome! Very helpful and responsive and gave lots of information on how to get in. The windows looking out into the nature was awesome. It was an easy spot to get to the university and downtown.

Super cute & cozy cottage! Loved the trails right behind the house! You can even walk to the village for the farmers market!

This is the second time we've stayed here, and the second time was just as great as the first. Stephen is very responsive--like within seconds--and the home was immaculate and just as pictured in the photos. We appreciated the comfortable, spacious layout, plenty of towels, coffee/tea/creamer/sugar, all the essentials we needed, and all located in a peaceful neighborhood that's very convenient to everything we needed. Highly recommend and we would definitely return. Thanks for being such a great host, Stephen!

We went only for one night and it was fine for what we were looking for. The accommodation is in a quiet area.

James' place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the back deck when the weather was nice, visiting Cades Museum, and day trips to Ichetucknee Springs and Paynes Prairie Preserve.

The Pink Palace was a GREAT home away from home! Comfy beds, ample space to relax; so very comfortable. The heat/air was fantastic — both were needed, it’s Florida! lol The home was close to everything; a quick drive to all things UF. Carolyn was very responsive to questions. A+ host!!

Great host great house. Quiet neighborhood, grocery store just around the corner. We had no need to call the host, everything we needed is already in the house

Anada’s place was great! It is super close to campus and downtown. The outdoor space was amazing. The home is exactly as pictured. Anada was a great host. She was very responsive and flexible.

Amy’s place was wonderful! Had everything we needed for an easy weekend away from home. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was clean. Amy was very communicative and pleasant to work with!

The location was great. We were in town for a Gator game and this was very convenient! Daniel was a lovely host and very helpful! Very nice stay.

The condo was exceptionally clean, and orderly. It was perfect for the 4 of us, and had 2 bathrooms which was better than I thought. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

the condo was very clean and neat. Terri has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. the location is perfect for getting around northwest Gainesville and convenient to many restaurants, stores, parks and trails.

We had an excellent stay at Rei’s. He was so accommodating when we asked for an earlier check-in time on arrival in Gainesville. Very responsive to messages. Location was convenient and just a quick 10-15 minute drive to all the places we needed to go during our stay. The place was clean, looked like the photos and was just as described. Lots of space for our group to relax in the evenings after our outings. Having a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and nice linens made our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Staying at Annie’s place was an absolute delight! The amenities were top-notch, with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The incredibly large and beautiful TV was perfect for unwinding in the evenings, and the couches and beds were all extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax. The bathrooms were well-designed with great water pressure, adding to the overall comfort. The layout of the space was super efficient, making it feel both spacious and cozy at the same time. We especially loved the outdoor features—the firepit and hot tub were fantastic additions that made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with Annie was seamless; she was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. Overall, this was a perfect getaway spot, and we’d absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Clean, well-stocked with sufficient pots, pans, silverware, glasses, spices, laundry soap, body wash, and shampoo. Convenient location and ideal set up for multiple people in party needing private space.
