The house is brand new and very welcoming, the interiors are well cared for and clean. Really comfortable memory pillows.

Secluded and nice and quiet! Just what I was looking for. The apartments above and below were empty, which I liked very much.

We were only passing through for one night, but we were very nicely received and felt very comfortable. The apartment is totally cozy and Silvana and Guiseppe are very nice and hospitable!

We had a very pleasant stay at Thomas's place. The weather was not the best, but being close to wonderful sites such as "the Cave of Tiberius", Sperlonga and "Temple of Jupiter" Terracina, we made the most of our stay. The house is well-stocked and the garden is lovely. For future visitors, pay attention to the speed cameras on Via Flacca! Happy holidays, everyone : )

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a host on Airbnb. Giuseppe was flexible with check-in and was kind enough to stop by later to show us around. He also was incredibly responsive and provided helpful info regarding several questions we had about the area. The home itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. A great place to stay if you visit Gaeta.

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

A beautiful experience with my family, surrounded by nature , a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Lovely friendly staff, attentive and available to meet every need. I recommend it to those who want to get away from reality for a few days

Exceptional house for a nice stay and very convenient to the location. The host was very kind and always available, providing us with clear information for the organization of check-in and check-out and regarding reaching the house.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

From the moment we entered through the gate, we felt we had the privacy and the spread for our family to relax together or spend a little alone time. The location just steps from the beach and a short walk to neighborhood markets & restaurants gave our stay even more of home feeling.

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

I was with my family (3 small children) in Barbara's home. It is located about 400 meters from the sea and we had a good time because there is really everything you need and the house is very well kept! The rooms are spacious and offer the necessary amenities. The area is quiet and there is a playground very close by. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara and I want to emphasize her kindness and availability in meeting our needs, as well as the flexibility she gave us for check-in and check-out. A really 5-star host! Thank you!

Great communication with the hostess. Unfortunately, check-in was later due to traffic jams, which was not an issue. The house is small, but absolutely sufficient for a nice holiday. The yard is completely enclosed so we could let our two chihuahua run free. The distance to the beach is as indicated, absolutely great!

Gianpiero was a wonderful host. He met us at the home and showed us around making sure that we knew where everything was and how to use everything (even providing us with a bunch of wonderful snacks, milk and juice, olive oil that his family produced AND a cake!). His smile is infectious. He was sure to tell us about his home town and lovely sights to see. Not a critique, but some expectation management- I think this home is ideal for warmer months but room heaters and a space heater were provided to improve our comfort. Also when we lost power and could not figure it out, Gianperio was at the house within 15 mins to solve the problem. He is a wonderful communicator, thoughtful, courteous, timely and I truly enjoyed interacting with him! He even brought his mom on checkout day and I wanted to hug her as she interacted with my daughter- she reminded me of my mom!

This place made us feel really at home and Margherita was really hospitable, kind and friendly One of the best places and best owners I've ever met while traveling The house is central but located in a quiet and peaceful street, new and tidy furnishings. The apartment has everything you need and Margherita provided us with towels, bathroom amenities, an equipped kitchen and even a welcome aperitif and fresh water. Communication with her was quick and timely Bedroom located on the upper floor, very characteristic with vaulted ceiling, bed prepared with care In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with TV New and renovated bathroom with washing machine In the house you will also find sugar, salt, and all cleaning products You'll also find Wi-Fi I highly recommend this place and you will be very lucky to meet Margherita who we found really exquisite, nice and with a true heart! We'll be back.
