Very good accommodation, worthy of the description and photos. There is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is a real plus.

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

the house is exquisite, perfect for a couple. The second room and the double room are attached to each other so either you know each other well or maybe it could be a little strange if you are more than a couple. the village is nice in the middle of the greenery and all in all Venafro the city under the farmhouse basin and well connected. So cool at night. Fantastic courtyard for evening dinners (beware of🦂) Giuseppe was very courteous and also made us find fresh water when we arrived, very appreciated! Soaps and more all available. The only thing maybe the mattresses are a little hard:) thanks for everything and next time!

Great villa 100 meters from a beautiful sea in a private, elegant and quiet consortium with dedicated beach and beach equipment for 2 people. Fabulous, cozy and beautifully finished garden. Maybe some finishes in the house to improve, but overall we had a great time and we will consider the possibility of coming back in the future.

I stayed at this place and it was a great experience! Clean, cozy house with everything you need. The owner is very kind and always available. A great choice for those looking for comfort and tranquility. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I wanted to visit the abbey at Monte Cassino and the Polish cemetery. The Abbey did not disappoint and was well worth the visit, the Polish cemetery and monument was very poignant for me. Staying at Luca’s apartment was very enjoyable and very convenient to all the amenity’s in the town. We had a rented car and so found the underground car park a bonus. If we visit Cassino again we would not hesitate to stay at Luca’s 😊

We stayed at Stefano's property on Saturday, January 18 and Sunday, January 19, 2025 with access to the property from 7:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday (check-in was from 12:00 p.m. but for work needs we delayed check-in): we found the house warm and cozy, central and reachable. Stefano is a perfect host: kind, helpful, clear, accurate, welcoming. Services for every need surround the structure: sigma supermarket, two bars (the central one has a staff of kindness and invaluable hospitality), a tavern of typical products, a rotisserie/pizzeria with exquisite products and much more. Not to mention the river and the park that are adjacent to the structure that offer a relaxation for the mind and body.

We had a great time at Flavia's, we will definitely be back. The accommodation was ideal for the three of us, spacious, atypical, very nice, a suggestive view of the sea, a comfortable terrace with table and umbrella and a fabulous garden, a real Mediterranean scrub with multiple plants and fruit trees. Flavia is a helpful and very kind owner. Make sure your stay has a great time. The village across the street offers advantageous rates for parking and access to the beach with umbrellas and sun loungers. This is a small family beach where the sea is clear. The house is a five minute drive from the center of Terracina. Guaranteed rest and tourism. We recommend Flavia's house without hesitation!

Very clean accommodation with all the comforts present, Antonello was very kind and gave us many tips on what to do in the area. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and 5 mins drive to Medieval Gaeta, strategic location. Highly recommended!!

It was great to stay at Marcelle’s house. It is a place that I will definitely come back to and recommend to anyone looking for house with alot of charm and peace.

We thank Mrs. Serena for our mini stay, our room was impeccable, super clean and equipped with everything you need, thank you for the excellent breakfast, although we woke up late, the lady insisted on letting us taste her wonderful cakes and much more. We'll probably be back, a kiss!

The stay was great. The house was tidy, clean, and everything was available. The area is very central, you can get around on foot and there are many bars, shops and restaurants. Mrs. Concetta was really friendly and helpful. If I had to go back to Cassino, I would go back with pleasure.

Maria is a great, attentive hostess and offers a great and spacious apartment. We enjoyed the amenities, the magnificent view of the sea and the neighboring town of Gaeta and the good breakfast in the Bar Trieste. The central location is also good - we just didn't expect the main road to be so loud (earplugs for the night are helpful). But Maria can't do anything about the noise. 😉 For very good and also exceptional food we recommend in Formia the Trattoria "Il Tiesto" and in Gaeta the Zrattoria "La Maccelleria". We enjoyed it very much there.

We really enjoyed Villa Nefisi! Lovely place with a wide view of the valley crossed by the Appian Way towards Rome. Quiet among olive and carob trees, very kind and considerate host.
