This is a really wonderful base for NOLA. Great amenities. Two huge primary suites. but all the bedrooms are luxe. Great bathrooms and totally updated kitchen. And Budsi Thai across the intersection! Five Stars.

Lianna was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Her home was very clean and had very cute touches such as her artwork etc as she is an artist.

Really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to, cool interior, comfortable beds and chill front porch.

My family and I went to New Orleans for vacations and the location was great! Super close to the French quarter. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Would stay here again if I visit the city in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at James' house. Although there is no on site parking, we were able to find street parking each time that we returned to the home. The home's interior was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable, and James stocked the fridge with a few beverages and snacks. The back yard was perfect for relaxing, and although we could hear some noise when outside, the inside was quiet. We also enjoyed meeting James and touring a local cemetery. We definitely recommend!

Wayne's place was spacious for two couples; great common area and kitchen for hanging out. We loved the area and it was so walkable to the French Quarter and Frenchman Street - the whole area was lit at night. Treme has a cool history and it was nice to stay in an area that was not overtouristed. The place could have been more meticulously cleaned and does have a little wear and tear but that would not deter us from staying again given the price point.

Beautiful home with traditional character and great style in the Bywater. Perfectly situated for walkability to great food, Crescent Park and the Quarter. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful as well. Will look for it again if we get back to NOLA.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was perfect weather and a perfect space for our family to connect and celebrate my birthday! There is so much around the neighborhood to do, shop and explore. Getting to places was easy because of connections with a great taxi guy right off the get go. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much. We felt totally at ease and comfortable in the home. We stayed at this lovely home for a family Thanksgiving get-together. This home was perfect for our family. We know New Orleans well, and we appreciated the quiet location that is still central to most New Orleans attractions. The best thing about this house is the owners, Phil and Lydia. There were some issues during our stay. A shower head needed repair and a workman had turned the gas supply to the range off. Phil and Lydia were remarkably quick to reply and to get these problems taken care of quickly. They usually answered within minutes when we messaged them through Airbnb. The outdoor and pool area is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We love the mid-century interior-so much character! Overall this is a beautiful home and a very good choice for anyone spending time in New Orleans.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a few things we would have liked to have: TV’s in each room and sugar and crème for the coffee. Also, the water and ice machine did not work. The beds were comfortable and the place is charming. We would stay again but thought a few more amenities for the price would have been great.

The absolute perfect spot for our college roommate reunion. The house was spotless, beds comfortable, and Var was responsive and thoughtful. We had a wonderful time in New Orleans, and loved having a comfortable place to relax away from the downtown. I'll definitely go back!

Lori, what a place!!!! Beautiful! Laura and I said we could stay there for awhile and spend more time in the comfy, beautifully decorated home… and out back on the patio or in the pool! Really enjoyed staying at Ryan's. House was exactly as advertised and a 2 minute walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. Hope to book again next time we are in NOLA.

This was a great place Andrea was very quick to respond and the neighbors were really friendly. We were there during the big snow storm but it did not deter us from enjoying the area.we look at it as we witnessed a once in a lifetime experience.

We had a delightful stay at Michele's charming cottage, which is located in our favorite neighborhood in New Orleans. It’s ideally situated within walking distance of various fantastic cafes, bars, and restaurants. The cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple, with a comfortable bed and luxurious, fluffy towels. Every detail of the space has been thoughtfully considered, offering a range of amenities that make you feel entirely at home. Michele is an exceptional host—attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring her guests have the best experience possible. We would hope it's available for our next trip to Nola!

We needed a place spacious enough for three adults, walkable with two children under four, and a long enough private driveway for a 22 foot long camper. Jackpot! Lisa is an incredible host and this house is so charming! We found lots of great places nearby, all places she recommended. Thank you!!!

Positives: Lovely home inside. Up to date, clean and comfortable. Lots of light. A/C works very well. Large screen TV with lots of channels for the kids. Large porch in the front and small porch in back. Updated kitchen with stacked washer and dryer. Loved all of the windows in the kitchen. Loved the master bedroom with the large sitting area. Roomy and uncluttered with space for your belongings. Host is very communicative. Other: Neighborhood is not ideal though the neighbor we met was very nice. He warned us not to walk by ourselves, always have a companion. Porches could use some furniture and a good power washing. Neighborhood was noisy at night but calmed down by 11 or so. House has dead bolts and an alarm system. Overall, I would recommend this property. It was very comfortable for our party of 4 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child.

We had a lovely stay. The home is lovely and tastefully done. Website photos are accurate and as described. Having a dedicated, gated parking spot was an added bonus. Our visit was during Mardi Gras. Staying here allowed us to be close to the festivities and enabled us to escape to peaceful surroundings at the end of the day. Albert is a very attentive host. He was very quick to respond to any questions. In addition, the home was very clean. The back yard lovely and inviting to sit for a spell at days end. Thank you Albert for a lovely stay.

We have stayed with Helen before and so we knew what to expect. The apartment is very "New Orleans" with high ceilings and wood floors. Helen has many nice modern touches (USB ports on night tables and end tables and good WiFi, comfortable heating system and also fans, easy to use TV with access to local and cable channels). It was great having a washer and dryer with easy to understand instructions and which functioned well also. The bedroom is comfortable with ample space to hold clothes. The kitchen is ideal for breakfast, lunch and simple dinners. Helen had some items already available (local coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, for example). Bathroom was clean with lots of good towels and washcloths. Helen was always available and also reaches out periodically to see if we needed anything. There is a lot of street work but that is common in big cities. One can easily walk to the St Charles streetcar (6 to 7 blocks away) which cost 0.40 (exact change needed) for seniors to get downtown.

I would definitely stay here again! My dog and I stayed for 2 weeks while I was externing at a local veterinary hospital. Aiden was always responsive and a great host! This place had everything I needed, and the bed was so comfortable.
