Smoking friendly vacation rentals in French Quarter - CBD

This is a fun spot for a group coming to NOLA. They have several buildings that connect to one courtyard. Wilson gave us the history of the property upon arrival. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. I will say, this space is some tight living. We had six in our group, and can’t really imagine 10. The bedrooms are super tiny. If that works for your group, then definitely book them. If you choose this spot, be sure to eat at Horn’s just around the corner.

We loved staying at Octavia’s place. She was communicative and made the stay great. Place was cozy and clean. Looked exactly like the pictures. The neighbors were also kind and friendly. The location was great as well, it was close to downtown and the French quarter. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The space was beyond our expectations and we will definitely try to stay there again. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible.

We had a great stay at the Greenhouse! Originally we had 4 people ( 2 couples) but decided to add a third couple on to the reservation. I was a little worried when we did that it might be pretty tight quarters, as can happen sometimes when you get to the Air BnB. Luckily, I had worried unnecessarily. We had plenty of space and privacy. The house and garden are lovely and you have a truly home-y vibe to the place. Lots of amenities including a fully stocked kitchen. Two coffee makers was key since we had a mix of coffee and tea drinkers. The open kitchen and dining area was beautiful and we decided to make use of it for a "family meal" with our friends who were also in town. Jed also gave us an extensive list of places to check out, which was key since we'd been to NOLA but it'd been a while. Each one was better than the last. I'd gladly recommend the Greenhouse to anyone ... as long as they aren't booking the dates we need because we'd love to stay there again!

We just stayed there for a couple nights. It was clean and an easy drive from MSY. Perfect for our trip

Place was amazing! Safe location, about a 10 minute drive to the French quarter. Not much within walking distance but an uber was only about $13. Was great to have a place to park. The house was nicely stocked, you’d be comfortable here for a while! Beds were comfy and host was extremely responsive. Would recommend for a family who wanted to experience New Orleans but without the worry of being right in the city/downtown.

Patricia is an amazing host. She’s great at communicating and put genuine care into making sure our visit was perfect. The place was very clean and inviting and looked exactly like the pictures. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Also, we chose this spot because it was close to the Super Dome which was the main reason for our trip. The next time the Eagles play the Saints in the Dome, we’ll be back! Thanks for everything Patricia…

Amazing spot! We came here for our annual book club trip and this place was perfect for 6 gals in the prime of midlife! The Patina was so unique and is decorated with really cool art - you felt like you were in a very magical place. The hot tub / pool area was a calming oasis after many long days and nights out on the town. You can really sense the history of the place and there was a lot of light energy - good vibes! Bea was an excellent communicator which was so refreshing. Definitely stay here for a memorable trip.
