Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fremont County

The perfect place for us after Christmas. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Historic old building with all the quirks and charm. Appreciate the use of the washer and dryer. Enjoyed the outside chair on the little back stoop in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee. So much better than a cookie-cutter motel room and the price was right!

Wow! What a great place to stay over the weekend. It has a ton of character and charm. The place was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and convenient. The living room is amazing! The large, comfy sectional with large tv makes the place. This apartment has some history too. Read the house manual to learn about it. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location in town, very walkable, easy check-in/check-out. Had a small issue upon arrival but Connor was super responsive and addressed right away, great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Bryan's place! The apartment was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bryan was very responsive to our messages and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Adam's place is in a great location, walking distance to downtown Salida and short drive to local attractions. The space is comfortable and we felt right at home. Really cute older home and we liked the decor and personality. The yard was perfect for our dogs to get out in. We would definitely stay again!

Tyson was a great host, his place was everything I had expected! His communication was great and we enjoyed our stay! Will totally be back !

A very cute and unique space right in the mix! The place was comfortable for two people and would definitely work for four: plenty of towels, dishes, seating, etc. Night was quiet during our stay but lighter sleepers may want to remember ear plugs. We had a great time and would stay again!

This was a great find for my family's vacation. We don't like sitting around, so bring close to the gorge and having access to all the KOA amenities was great!

We loved the location and the space. We didn't make use of the side patio but it looked great and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. We all loved the location, so walkable to downtown and anything going on. It worked perfectly for our family and would definitely book again when going to Salida. Other family members in town out in the country for a wedding stopped by the house and all loved it. It was a great homebase in town to stop in and rest a little. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Great stay for us and our dogs! We know Salida well and this was a great spot if you’re bringing your doggos. Loved the Monarch Spur trail! Comfy, clean digs. Would stay again!

We loved our stay here. It was close proximity to downtown Salida, large backyard for our dog, very comfortable living room and beds, and felt more like a home than just a house. Gas fireplace made it very cozy without the mess of wood. We will defiantly stay here again!

Such a lovely house and very welcoming. Very well stocked with towels, kitchen essentials, extra snuggly blankets for the living room, a few games for the family. Very clean and not cluttered at all. Quiet area. Great hot tub. Nice and spacious for family downtime. Will definitely use again when we visit family.

We stayed for a week for a small (3) family ski vacation and Holly's place was perfect for us. The location is great for an easy walk to restaurants and shops downtown, even in the winter. It's a quick drive to Monarch for skiing and the jetted tub was a huge hit with our son and is great for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The house was cozy and stayed nice and warm even with temps in the teens. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, easy walk to Main Street, host was very accommodating and helpful. Allowed an early check in and I accidentally left some clothing which they arragened to return. the coffee maker died and was replaced the same day. I absolutely would stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay as the house was warm & cozy. The spa after a days skiing was perfect. Great central location.

I don't think there is a better spot to stay in Salida. 1 minute to run/bike trails, 2 minutes to restaurants, walk to grocery store and swim in the river right in your backyard. Place was immaculate and everything worked perfectly.

Great property with easy access to parking and walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the two levels of this property that provide privacy for some and the ability to go to bed early for others. We enjoyed the open floor plan of the first floor and the ease to getting our skis in and out and ease of accessing our car. Would book again for sure.

Anneke's place was spacious and very clean! It was walkable to everything we needed, and close to all the action! The en suite bathrooms were perfect for our stay, and the balcony and downstairs area were lovely hangout spots. The parking spot was an amazing perk! I would highly recommend her place to others traveling in the area.

This was our second stay. This place is amazing,beautiful and so comfortable you don't want to leave! There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We love the skiing at Monarch mountain. Kim and Wendy send pictures and very explicit directions to their place. I really don't know how it could get any better. I'm just so happy that we have such a nice place to go when we are in Salida!

Mateo was a great host, the space was comfortable and well appointed. Salida was fun, the location was very convenient, you’re in the middle of town but it was very quiet. Accessible to trails and shops, food, river walks, highly recommended Thanks Mateo

We found Dan’s home well appointed with everything we needed, nicely located within walking distance of many things, and simply a nice place to be for our family (adult children) get away and our family dog.
