Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fremont County

This place was amazing! First, the view steals the show for sure. I could not get enough pictures. A quick 30 minute drive had us in Monarch for skiing which was a blast. Do not skip on an evening dip in the hot tub. We waited until the last night, and it was stunning. The full moon lit up the snow capped mountains and it was unforgettable. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and could have easily accommodated more. There was enough room for the kids to spread out and not get on each other's nerves. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and comfy. I don't know what else we could have asked for. Katrina was extremely helpful when we had questions (or when my kid accidentally set off the security alarm!) and her communication was top notch. This place is a 10/10 and my family is already asking when we can come back.

This is a clean, spacious and comfortable house in a charming neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown Salida. I was there with three friends to ride in the Salida76 bike race and it was a perfect place for us to stay. Many thanks to Rebecca and Travis!

We had such a great stay. The home was very welcoming and we felt comfortable from the moment we checked in. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pet. We would definitely stay here again on future travels!

The best spot! Walkable to everything Main Street has to offer. Super close to a grocery store. Adorable home with comfortable amenities and everything you could need. Great stay!

Excellent place to stay!

Wow! What a great place to stay over the weekend. It has a ton of character and charm. The place was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and convenient. The living room is amazing! The large, comfy sectional with large tv makes the place. This apartment has some history too. Read the house manual to learn about it. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Adam's place is in a great location, walking distance to downtown Salida and short drive to local attractions. The space is comfortable and we felt right at home. Really cute older home and we liked the decor and personality. The yard was perfect for our dogs to get out in. We would definitely stay again!

A very cute and unique space right in the mix! The place was comfortable for two people and would definitely work for four: plenty of towels, dishes, seating, etc. Night was quiet during our stay but lighter sleepers may want to remember ear plugs. We had a great time and would stay again!

Great, clean apartment. Exactly as described in the listing/photos. Communicating with Tyler was easy and quick. If I'm ever back in Canon City I will stay there again.

I don't think there is a better spot to stay in Salida. 1 minute to run/bike trails, 2 minutes to restaurants, walk to grocery store and swim in the river right in your backyard. Place was immaculate and everything worked perfectly.

We had a great time staying here! Check in was easy, parking was great, the location was perfect for our ski trip and for walking to food/bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property with easy access to parking and walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the two levels of this property that provide privacy for some and the ability to go to bed early for others. We enjoyed the open floor plan of the first floor and the ease to getting our skis in and out and ease of accessing our car. Would book again for sure.

This was our second stay. This place is amazing,beautiful and so comfortable you don't want to leave! There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We love the skiing at Monarch mountain. Kim and Wendy send pictures and very explicit directions to their place. I really don't know how it could get any better. I'm just so happy that we have such a nice place to go when we are in Salida!

Mateo was a great host, the space was comfortable and well appointed. Salida was fun, the location was very convenient, you’re in the middle of town but it was very quiet. Accessible to trails and shops, food, river walks, highly recommended Thanks Mateo
