place was amazing! close to the heart of downtown but not much noise. looked amazing in the inside and even had a climbing wall in the gym!

Instructions were very clear and everything was in place upon arrival. Parking and all amenities are available as listed. If you're staying in this particular neighborhood, I would highly recommend reserving Kjk's space.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Great location. Close to everything. Nice apartment with everything you need. Very nice gym inside the apartment complex. Forest was great with timely information and directions. Great price for a cozy one bedroom, one bath. I read a lot of reviews about other locations and the noise with outside construction. Didn’t hear any of that at this location. Will stay again when we go back.

The place was great! Very peaceful neighborhood but super close to get the hustle and bustle of Franklin and even an easy drive to Nashville. Apartment was very clean and seemed almost brand new.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, going out of their way to accommodate everything I needed. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, and just a short Uber ride to downtown and Broadway. The building itself is top-notch, with amazing amenities including a great co-working space and even music studios, which was such a unique touch. Everything was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. I felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

Great place. Great view of the river. Very clean and walkable to everything. Bekah was a great communicator and check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Nashville.

The Airbnb was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect amount of sleeping space for family of 5. The twin bunk bed is actually more roomy than it looks in the photos. We didn't have any issues with noise in the building as mentioned by some of the other reviews. The location is close to Music Row. We primarily walked back and forth from Music Row and only got an Uber a couple of times which was less than $10 to the unit. We had a great time visiting Nashville and would stay here again!

Convenient and clean location. only 20 minute walk to Broadway and a few minutes walk to restaurants and pubs in Germantown. Farmer's market is only 10 minutes away on foot. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and safe. It was nice to have bottles of water waiting for us when we arrived and the ample supplies of coffee were very much appreciated.

Everything was super clean & tidy!! The beds were extremely comfy and the check in/check out process was very easy/simply. David was very quick to answer and helpful with any questions I had. The decor/vibe was so cute. Would definitely stay again!!!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

Our stay here was FANTASTIC! The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable (& the sheets smelled sooo good). The location couldn’t be more convenient—a quick Uber to anywhere you want to be. Another fave was the roof top porch on the third floor. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. From thoughtful touches to personalized recommendations, Brody truly pulled out all the stops to create an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend this place high enough for anyone visiting Nashville!!

We loved our stay here! It's even more beautiful in person, so much natural light and views of the trees and the water out every window. I felt at peace the second we stepped inside. Quite possibly the absolute cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in, it was spotless. Well stocked kitchen with everything, which we appreciated. We lucked out on the weather and took the kayaks and paddleboard out for a spin, it was wonderful to get out on the water so easily. We took a couple of trips into Nashville during our stay, and while that was doable, it was a little farther than I realized, especially with traffic. I think it's a great location for a day trip into Nashville, but I think it's best suited for folks who mostly want to unwind and relax in place. If that's what you're looking for, book it now! you won't be disappointed.

Sammy & Jamie have a lovely house that accommodated us nicely. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again when we return to the area.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb homes I have stayed in. It was a very nice home, functional, and had tons to do with my family. The game room was amazing and we had a blast. The house was very clean, which made the stay comfortable. It was a safe area, which made me at ease. Very close to downtown and less than 20 minutes to other parts of the city we visited. The only thing I did not like (and this is me being very picky) is the upstairs living area not having comfortable seating with an easy view of the tv. However, the little kids didn’t mind playing on the floor with their show playing in the background. We spent most of the time downstairs anyway and it was great. The karaoke was so much fun, even my 2 yr old performed! Next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great location and space. There is lots of construction in the neighborhood and it’s very loud, but obviously this is not the owners fault! Just something to be aware of if traveling with kids as we were. Very well decorated, nice kitchen, super cute and comfortable!
