Amazing place to stay for a Bachelorette trip to Nashville! Cozy, clean, private, and cute. Located right outside of Broadway- about a 8-10 minute walk, which is absolutely nothing, and safe enough to walk home at 2am. Provided everything we needed, and amenities listed were all present. Both bathrooms were very spacious and tons of closet/storage space. Would 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, safe and just a few blocks from Broadway. Kristin and Beau are great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommended.

A great apartment in the Gulch, walkable to restaurants and venues. The host was prompt and friendly. We also appreciated that the apartment had some extras available — coffee pods, laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner just to name a few. Would recommend!

Perfect location! Walkable right onto broadway and the Bridgestone arena. He left a bunch of recommendations, which did not disappoint! Apartment was very nice and clean, Forest was very kind and responsive. Will be staying here next time I come to Nashville. The place was great! Very peaceful neighborhood but super close to get the hustle and bustle of Franklin and even an easy drive to Nashville. Apartment was very clean and seemed almost brand new.

Will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

There was nothing that wasn't thought about when putting this adorable Airbnb together. The decor was adorable and full of Nashville vibes! Just wished we would have found it before our hotel stay. We loved your cozy place and when we return to Nashville, we hope this hidden gem will be available. Thank you for everything and HEE HAW !! :)

River view is to the right of the balcony with a view of the parking lot under the balcony. Great location, clean, and had all the amenities. It comfortably sleeps four adults as the space is small; I don't believe it would be comfortable for five adults. We used the sleeper sofa and brought an air mattress. The upstairs neighbor above us was a bit loud - walking around in the night; this was the only draw back. I don't know if they were visiting or live there permanently. Overall, a great place and I would definitely rent it again.

We loved staying at David’s place! Love the decor of Nashville touches and a great amount of space! My only suggestion is to have more towel available. I was unable to find any hand towels or wash clothes in the bathroom cabinets. And with 6 girls staying there were only 6 bath towels. A few more would have been nice. I would 100% stay here again. David was very nice and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Thank you for providing such a beautiful place to stay!

This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

The apartment is in a perfect location close to everything

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Tricia was an incredible host and very responsive to any request I had. She checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Apartment was stylish and cozy! Very comfortable bed and provided extra cooking supplies if needed. She went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed my stay! Convenient location to many downtown restaurants and shops. Would love to return soon and can Not recommend more!

Highly recommend. Girls Nashville trip and it didn’t disappoint. Brody thought of all the small and big details. Place was stocked with everything you would need and more-he even had delicious snacks out for us! The rooftop was amazing with the fireplace and comfortable seating plus music. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked! Bed were comfortable and rooms were beautiful. Our stay was perfect!

We enjoyed our time at Bandy Resort! Lisa is definitely a “super” super host and takes wonderful care of the property and the furnishings! All the extras in the kitchen were wonderful! Little things like foil, baggies, seasonings, plastic cups etc were nice to have onsite! Not to mention the nice toilet paper and paper towels (we have noticed many hosts skimp on this and I totally get it, but it was great to have “the good stuff”) Although this home is tucked in the woods, we were also able to have a Walmart grocery delivery! We absolutely loved the friendly dogs that greeted us each time we came to the house! Can’t wait to book again and enjoy more of the outdoor part of the property! I would give Bandy Resort 10 stars if allowed! 5 stars don’t seem enough!

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

My friends and I adored Karen’s beautiful home. From the moment we turned into the driveway we were impressed with the well-maintained space. The home itself is beautiful and all the “necessities” like great water pressure, comfy beds, gathering spaces for conversations and meals, and plenty of parking. We had easy access to Franklin and Nashville and it was quite easy to navigate to restaurants, stores, and parks. Thanks so much, Karen!

Loved this home! Perfect for a family stay, with a central living and kitchen area where everyone can gather. The neighborhood is super quiet and the property is well-maintained and comfortable. Easy access to local shopping, restaurants, and activities. We hope to be back — thanks, Sammy and Jamie!

We had fun while staying here. The place was really decorated cute. We liked it, and easy access to downtown Nashville. I do think that there needs to be a soft couple of chairs and/or a couch upstairs, near the dining room table area. While the kids played downstairs, my back started to hurt terribly on those metal chairs. So much so, that I had to lay down in bed.

Hope's house was emaculate. Very quiet area and house is very cozy. She was very quick to respond to me when I needed something. The basement living area is so cute..even had a popcorn popper. Would love to book again.. Thanks Hope.
