Places to stay in Franklin

Esther and Tamara’s place was beautiful! We also enjoyed our homemade Valentine’s Day dinner in the Trattoria. Such lovely ladies and such a beautiful place! Also worth mentioning: they were very forthcoming about their dogs being territorial so I was able to bring my dog inside safely and there was a private grassy area for him to potty throughout our stay.

Stop looking and book it. Secluded cluster of cabins just off the highway. Feels very new. Super clean. Bed was comfortable and had a ton of pillows. Linens were clean and fresh. Kitchen was well stocked. Refrigerator was full-sized and very cold. Shower water pressure was great and shower drained well. Plenty of towels supplied. Fun little covered porch on the back that looks into the woods. Firepit on the front was supplied with a fire starter kit and a starter stack of wood. Firewood for sale is close by. Host was nearby, friendly and helpful. Good experience. 5-stars.

This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

We stayed at this air bnb for my bachelorette! It was the perfect house and great location for walking and going to downtown. It was super clean and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The host were very responsive and friendly. The instructions were also clear and we had no trouble getting into the air bnb.

What a fantastic property! I stayed at Robert's with my teenage son, his Boy Scout Troop, and other adult leaders during our trip to Mammoth Caves. There were 12 of us, and the house was PERFECT! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast & dinner for our group each day. We even found a pack of birthday candles! The entire house was spotless, and everything looked brand new. The "party house" (as it came it to be known) was AMAZING! The group especially enjoyed playing ping pong and PacMan, and soaking in the hot tub. We really appreciated the large amount of towels too. We didn't get to use the fire pit or outdoor furniture because it was winter and rained/snowed for the entire visit, but it looked like it would be a great place in warmer months. It actually rained so much during our trip that a state of emergency was declared statewide, but this property didn't flood at all, and we were still able to easily travel in and out of the area every day.

My family had such a wonderful time at Nina's house. The home is absolutely beautiful and spacious, and the location is perfect. Nina and Lynn were fantastic hosts and very quick to respond. We would absolutely stay there again!

Jason’s place is wonderful! It is well-stocked, clean, has nice amenities and extras (lake gear, screened porch with fire place, plenty of paper goods and towels, etc…). We were there during cold, rainy weather, so we didn’t take advantage of the proximity to the lake and trail, but the location is perfect for outdoor activities in warmer weather! Jason was also very responsive to all communications during our stay and is a conscientious host.

This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.
