Monthly Rentals in Foster Joseph Sayers Reservoir

Great place to stay if you're a hunter. We were in town for a wedding. Not exactly what i expected. But the place had plenty of room and 3 usable bathrooms. It was clean for the most part. We had to take our trash with us which was unusual. The scenery was beautiful. world's recommend for campers and hunters.

Bonita's stay is a wonderful accommodation! My husband and I were visiting Penn State for the first round of the CFP; Howard is a peaceful and quaint location, about 30 minutes from downtown State College. The space was immaculately cleaned, and a great size for two people. Kitchen accommodations included a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and plug-in stove (perfect for pre-game breakfast!) Bonita provided a book with clear instructions, as well as local suggestions- although most of our time was spent in downtown State College. When we had question about the TV, she quickly responded, even though it was fairly late in the night. We would certainly stay here again!

Very cozy and clean place- great size place for two people as well! We went to a PSU game and didn’t mind staying outside of State College. Brenda was very responsive as well. Great stay! Would recommend!

Thank you for the hospitality, Susan! The space was even better than described. I was in town last minute for work and Susan was incredibly helpful with flexibility in checking in/out. The apartment was easy to find and easy to access. There is designated parking- no parking on the street! Although I didn’t get to enjoy the enclosed back patio with seating, it looked incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and provided a dedicated dinner seating area, as well as a coffee bar and cooking utensils. There is dishwasher, as well as laundry on site. The living room was beautifully decorated and the furniture was plush. The bathroom was clean and tastefully decorated, with basics like shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, towels, etc. The bedroom was large, comfortable, and clean. There are large windows that allow so much natural light, which I especially appreciated. There are adjustable shades, locks on the doors, and I felt incredibly safe during my stay.
