Monthly Rentals in Fort Morgan Cay

We had a wonderful stay at Bob and Mariola's place. The house is just as described and is located in a very peaceful area. It's the perfect place for relaxation. We enjoyed drinking morning coffee on the expansive deck overlooking the sea, watching the parrots fly by and sometimes stopping in the treetops. We enjoyed visiting the national park that is just down the road. Our favorite restaurant was La Sirena! One must try the Lionfish tenders. Unfortunately, the wind did stop us from doing the snorkeling we anticipated so greatly. However, Bob was kind enough to bring us out in his boat one day to a very special spot on the reef. It was amazing! The only downside was the road in. We did not anticipate the level of construction or the road conditions to be as poor as they were. An SUV is a must. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and if I ever returned to Roatan I would gladly stay again!

Wonderful stay on the quietest side of the island with miles of beaches and open area.

The place is in the middle of the island so if you plan on exploring the entire it’s in the perfect location. A 2 mins will get you to the boat to take you to Big French Key and that is the beach in the pictures, we visited it a few times. In a small family community and we found everyone to be very nice, most spoke English. About a 10 mins walk to BIP gas station where you can get supplies. Taxi’s are also very easy to flag down if you want to visit Eldon’s for groceries. Home is rustic and cute. Edwin was the perfect host and always got back quickly with any questions we had.

Perfect location for a nice getaway, surrounded by nature. Oscar and Tibyasa went above and beyond to make us feel at home. 100% would recommend and come back. Thanks for everything!
