Book it! We loved Mimosa on the Bay! It was like getting a hug from an old friend…warm, cozy and comfortable! The house feels lived in in a good way…the colors, the furnishings, the original hardwoods, comfortable beds and so well stocked! Charlotte has thought of everything to make you feel right at home! The dock is great for fishing and the sunsets are stunning! Book it!

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

Great location- a balance of quiet and privacy with access to downtown Pensacola. Kitchen is fully furnished. Street parking was never a problem, plenty of spaces available. Very seamless experience.

We loved our stay at sand y sol! The neighborhood was great. The walk to the beach was very manageable even with small kids. There was even a beach wagon to haul stuff to and from the beach. Being able to leave our canopy up all week was a huge plus for our family. We absolutely loved the are and the beach itself was wonderful!

Staying at Bill’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, we loved how peaceful and secluded it was—a true escape from the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect weekend getaway, offering all the comfort we could ask for. Even after a busy day in Destin, we found ourselves looking forward to the restful atmosphere of Bill’s place. Shanna’s place was great! It was close to the DT area that it was only about a 5-10 minute drive anywhere you wanted to go. It was perfect for what we needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great week away. The owner was very sweet and willing to fix any issues that arose. The amenities were perfect and the location of the house itself suited us perfectly. A great vacation overall!

Nikos was fantastic and the house was perfect. We were evacuating for a hurricane and were able to very comfortably sleep 5 with more than enough room for everyone. My mom and aunt took an hour drive to visit a casino during the stay and Pensacola FL is a very short drive as well. The house feels like a nice retreat out among fields but the closest town is like 1 mile away. The last few times I’ve rented through apps I’ve felt like there was a bait and switch. Pictures taken in a way to give you an impression of the place that far exceeds reality. This place was not like that at all. It’s a very nice property and it’s very clean, very roomy, and very inviting. Nikos was also fantastic. He was very attentive and you could tell he wants people that stay at the house to have a good experience. Highly recommend.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I couldn't be happier. Tammy was a wonderful host. Whenever I had a question she was prompt to respond and made the whole process easy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and the pool was just what I needed. Everything was around a 20 minute drive. The area was quiet and clean. An overall wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

The view is amazing. The crows nest on the top floor is a wonderful bonus.

It was a beautiful place. The house is exactly as described and cozy. Would not do more than 4 if everyone wants their own bed. But if someone or someone’s are willing to share 6 would be perfect. It’s in a good spot being a good distance from either pensacola or navarre. Only thing I found is some minor issues with the two back doors heading out not locking. But it’s a minor thing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Tiny House Retreat! It was clean, cozy, close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store, and lots of local attractions were within a 20-30 min drive. 2 things stood out more than the rest. The hot tub was awesome! To be able to walk in the back yard, open the cover, and get in was incredible. It’s not a full size hot tub, so it will fit 2 people very comfortably, but I don’t know how many more. For me the best part about my stay was the communication. There’s a group of hosts and someone always got back to me very quickly, usually it was immediately. They answered questions and helped with an issue I had. It was great. I’d highly recommend staying here and will have no reservations about booking again if I’m back in Pensacola! Thank you!!

Beautiful home right on the water! Location, location, location….you are 10 minutes from EVERYTHING! Like most air bnbs bring your own hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, etc for anything longer than a few days. There were ten of us total including 3 teen girls and a new born and we had plenty of space. We bbqd one night and the grill worked great, they also have a blackstone for use. We cooked thanksgiving dinner and the house provided most of the items needed. The view, hot tub, and private pier were the best part. The only negative is there is a tree right by the back deck and the beach that dropped tiny “prickers” i dont know the formal name but they are sharp on all sides. You cannot walk on the beach barefoot, all of us including the dog were pulling them out of our feet and fur all week, they hurt really bad so be careful with those. Overall, the home is beautiful and Sean the host was amazing. Super easy check in and check out process.

I have stayed in tons of Airbnb’s and this one is definitely a favorite. The home is beautiful and not done on the cheep. Appreciated the smart TV’s being big to match the room size. Furniture was quality not cheep dollar store stuff. Appreciated plenty of toilet paper provided and trash bags! Things most homes are stingy with. Appreciated spices being left. Can’t wait until we can all go back to pre covid days and will be able to leave condiments again in the fridge. The sunsets were amazing!🌅 I saw dolphins 🐬!!! Very nice place to stay!

Nick's place was exactly as described. He also provided us with very specific check-in and check-out instructions that were very easy to follow. We had no concerns during our stay. He was very polite and prompt in his communication with us. The home was comfortable and clean. We loved the view of the swimming pool and patio from the master bedroom and the living room area. There was enough space for everyone in our party. The home was also not far from a gas station and two Dollar Generals, which was very convenient. We were in town for soccer tournaments and the home met our expectations for the weekend. We will definitely book again when in the area next year.

My favorite place I’ve ever stayed around the Pensacola area. It was better in person than in the photos! It’s close to so many great beaches and restaurants! Would stay here again!
