Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Folly Beach

This granny flat on James Island was the perfect home away from home! Beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and exceptionally cozy, it stayed warm even on the coldest days. The location is ideal—just minutes from Charleston and Folly Beach—while the neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming. The highlight was the incredible yard, where my two Australian Shepherds had the best time running and even enjoying some rare snow! It’s rare to find a rental that’s both beautifully maintained and truly pet-friendly, but this one exceeded all expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Beautiful spot that I will always remember! Got engaged on the 42nd avenue beach which was so close and easy to get to on foot and with the golf cart. Hope to come back again.

The Surf Shack was a fantastic place for us, we were 4 adults and one toddler. The house was fully equipped and the pool was fantastic. If I ever find my way back to Folly Beach, hopefully we'll be able to stay again. Thank you.

We loved our stay on Edisto Island! The condo was spacious and well equipped and perfectly located next to the putt putt course and pool, and just a ~15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach. Everything was clean and comfy. We would definitely stay there again!

My friend and I had the best time at Travis’s place. It was a birthday get away for me so we enjoyed the hot tub and the vibe! The house is clean, older, and well kept! We noted that the shower is a tight squeeze (we both are about 5’4) but not too bothersome. We spent most of our time in downtown Charleston and the hot tub! The neighborhood itself is gorgeous- I would just note that the area can get a little sketchy in certain parts when driving around so we most certainly remained aware of our surroundings though this did not hinder our fun! Travis had all of the recommendations and even explained a bit about the decor that was in the house. Such a cool host and sweet little set up! For being the back of the house- we felt extremely safe and Travis gave us our space and privacy. Maddy and I agreed that we would return if ever in the area!

So quiet and quaint beautifully placed within 50 feet of the seashore adorably renovated home!! Easy access with deck and stairs with handrail to the ocean and the soft sand with your own private stairs to sit on and enjoy your coffee in the beautiful stairs facing the sunrise every morning. Modern furnishings spotless tip to tell dishes, organized, silverware, and place, everything pristine clean like a brand new home. The hot tub is an amazing touch and perfectly positioned. The sunroom is perfect for those brisk days. Should you be here during the colder months. Very responsive and efficient, AC and heat. High tech up-to-date alarm system and cameras in a noninvasive location, knowing that everything is secure and safe. The host and hostess are easily accessible in the response times were very very quick for the simple question we had. Tons of beach chairs, downstairs to take on the ocean and a very quiet private part of the beach towards the end, which is lovely! Georg-Mir♥

This place is seriously amazing, and John is a world-class host. This is the only experience I have had on Airbnb where the home exceeded even what was shown in the pictures. Everything was spotless, and the home was extremely well equipped. John was also extremely friendly and flexible, even when we had a unique check in situation. Cannot recommend this stay enough!
