Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

The home with heated pool was perfect for my family. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained. The home came with many options for enjoying the outdoors. Swing chairs and high top tables front and back made the outdoor Folly Beach relaxing and enjoyable. The beach only 1/2 block away and Bert’s was across the street… which came in handy for the kids and ice cream! I highly recommend!

We stayed here for a dance competition at the convention center. We had plenty of space for two families plus all of the dance baggage. There are plenty of supplies in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Would definitely book this place again

Joseph’s home was absolutely perfect! The hot tub was great, the house was very clean and well stocked, you can walk to the beach in a couple minutes, a playground, restaurants and shops are also walkable. I would highly recommend this home!

Overall this was a pleasant experience! We had a fun girls trip and I didn’t really question our safety while at the house, however the neighborhood was a bit run down. The hot tub was an amazing touch that really made this house and trip well worth the price. It was in a convenient location time wise to get to down town. I do agree with a few of the other reviews and it could use a full length mirror. Overall it was a good and fun trip and I would recommend, just be aware that the neighborhood does not look like this house.

Our stay was lovely! The backyard is very private and spacious. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The house and surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful, and we were able to take walks and see the other nice houses. It’s an easy Uber or drive to downtown Charleston or Folly Beach.

We loved our stay in Mike’s Folly house! Right by the beach, clean, comfortable, and cozy enough to feel at home. We used the hot tub every night and rode bikes to get coffee in the mornings, it was so so fun and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was tastefully decorated and adequately equipped with dishes, appliances and toiletries. The location is central to several amenities. The beach was close by and the cabana pass from Wyndham was worth the extra money to have a restroom at the beach. I will definitely book it again.

Jeramey was a very responsive and great host. We needed hand soap and extra linens, and he responded right away and got us what we needed. He gave detailed instructions on how to handle the amenities so we had very few questions. The house is very spacious and more than enough room for our party of 8. Having a game room and hot tub made the stay even more fun. The house is about 15 mins from the airport, so the drive is smooth and not stressful. My girl friends and I had a great time!!!! Thank you!
