Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

Super friendly host and very responsive! The house was just as described and was beautiful. Easy check in and out.

Despite the frigid temperatures, the house was warm and comfortable. Each room had a control for heat. Naydee checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were happy. The basement bathroom was a bit tiny, but clean. Plenty of towels and hot water. Shower was a bit tight, but there were 6 of us, so we needed 2 bathrooms and this fit the bill. Overall, a nice stop!

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

Diego’s place was so much fun! We took our adult children and their friends to NYC for the holiday season! The pool house was a great place for the kids to hang! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the location was close to the train station! This will be our go to place for years to come! Thank you!

Aisling's place was a spacious home for our stay. We had plenty of space to sleep, have game nights, and alone time. The hot tub was a hit. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. They brought the things we needed quickly and gave recommendations when asked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommended it to others.

The inside and outside areas were meticulously maintained. The weather was great, so we were able to really enjoy the pool and deck. Michelle was extremely responsive and did a great job with instructions, recommendations, and communications. One member of our party needed to work a few days, and the office space in the basement was perfect.

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Lovely and easy to access. Communicative host. Much like having a hotel room which was all we needed for the night. Great beds and linens, towels, and nice little kitchenette.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

If I could give this rental 10 stars, I absolutely would! The house is simply amazing! From the moment we checked in, my daughter was so excited—she ran through the house, opening every blind and curtain to let the natural light flood in. Despite the frigid weather outside, the home was warm and inviting. We spent our Christmas holiday here, and it truly was the perfect place to celebrate. The house was beautifully decorated for the season, and the cozy furnishings made it ideal for quality family time. Joanne, the hostess, was exceptional—she was responsive to all my questions and requests, even months before our stay. And as if the experience couldn't get any better, it snowed on Christmas Eve! I joked with Joanne that she must have arranged a white Christmas just for us. 😊 The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed except for a cooling rack for our Christmas cookies—but that was minor. I highly recommend this house and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Joanne!

As always, me & my daughter’s stay was great! Geet is always responsive & willing to help. This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. The place easily accommodated the 3 of us and was comfortable including when we had our 3 adult children over for dinner. We were there during Christmas and the Christmas tree was a nice touch. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This is like staying in the home of a family member - an aunt or uncle. Great location if you are coming to Morris County. Convenient to major roads and public transportation (train). The house is “bank” design and has 3 levels. It was built into the side of a hill! We stayed in December during excessively cold weather. The home was warm and comfortable. Nice back yard that looked great for warmer weather.

The neighborhood was peaceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host, “Face,” was outstanding—always available, responsive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Honestly, this stay deserves more than a 5/5 rating. I’ll definitely become a regular guest every time I visit New York!

Very convenient and nice place to stay while visiting NYC, we really enjoyed it and also we had bedroom with our own area with kitchen, tv, bathroom and mini-hall way. 3-4 min walking to the closest bus station then train to get to Manhattan. Thank you.

AIi’s a great host. The house was as described, very spacious and well kept. Check-in was super easy as Ali sent me all the info 2 days before. The house is in a great location and everything is within driving distance. There’s also a YMCA 1 minute away which we used for workouts. Ali was also very responsive throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable.

Highly recommend!!! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very comfortable and relaxing. Groceries, restaurants, and bus stops were all within easy walking distance. After a busy day in city, it was nice to relax in a place that felt like home. Marta is very sweet and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely look at staying here again when we return to the city.
