Jess is a great host and this is a great place. Cozy but spacious. Stylish in a low key way and very comfortable. A nice front and back yard and a lot across the street full of trees. Restaurants, cafes, bars, movie theater, coffee shop, and bowling alley — all part of Jackson’s vibrant and pleasant Fondren neighborhood— are an easy walk just up the street. Jess is a wonderful and warm person who makes everything easy. I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay with Marchel. She is a terrific host & we were very comfortable staying in her house. She was very nice & responsive to our needs. When we come back to Jackson we will be contacting her again. Thanks for being a GREAT HOST

Steve & Laurie are great hosts, everything was wonderful, communication was quick & friendly. Their home is very nice, comfortable, roomy & clean. Quiet neighborhood & there are so many things to do in the area. We were there for a wedding, didn't get to do much extras, but it's there, almost anything you want to do, or eat. We definitely would stay there again. Thank you!! 😊

Great house for 2 couples or a family. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens. Great area to walk our dogs. Close to the fairgrounds where we were attending dog shows. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Great place , very nice stay for my family and I. It was very close to some really nice restaurants . The spaces were very large and included a spacious outdoor patio with a grill to use. Would stay here again and again !

This place is so wonderful! Great fenced in yard for your pets. Wonderful, safe, and clean neighborhood. Jeff and Debbie do a very nice job on the upkeep and cleanliness of their property. I left my fan at home that I cannot sleep with out and they had a brand new fan in a box ready to use! Talk about saving the day!! Their place is beyond cute in their decoration choices and you can tell they love being incredible hosts. Generally, when we stay somewhere my husband can pick out something to complain about, well on this trip he couldn’t find one thing he didn’t like about the cute little house. We brought pets on this trip and Debbie was very accommodating in meeting our needs for our furry friends. Thank you both and your staff that keeps your place sparkling. Very cute Airbnb, traveling with a pet so it was nice to have the park in walking distance. Bed was comfy and great water pressure in the shower :)

Quin was a great host! ! The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was minutes away shopping and restaurants.

Harris Estates gave me the Royal Treatment for a 30th birthday celebration, I am so appreciative. It was clean, quiet, and really created an environment where we could feel comfortable enough to really unplug.

This house was just the sweetest! The master bed was so comfortable it was worth the price of the stay all by itself!😂 The home was spotless and peaceful! We were a party of 9, and we fit easily. Many thanks to April for a great stay!

This place has everything you could want. My family and I had a great stay here. Felt like home. My son had a blast fishing in the pond right next to the cabin. We plan on coming back.

Montez’s place was perfect for our large family! The home was spacious, allowing us to enjoy time together while still having privacy. Set in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, it was the ideal spot to relax. Check-in was easy, and the property was simple to find, which made our arrival smooth. Montez was incredibly accommodating on short notice and kept great communication throughout our stay. We’re very grateful for a wonderful experience!

This place is truly a hidden gem! It is a peaceful oasis full of the most beautiful art, opening up to the most incredible, huge gardens full of tables, wind chimes, huge exquisite stained glass pieces, and so much more that is really indescribable! Pictures do not do it justice! It is a must-see! This has been the most unexpected, delightful surprise that surpassed my expectations! You will definitely not be disappointed, and I encourage people to stay here!!!

Nice home very close to Jackson State campus. Home was clearly lived in. Could use some sprucing up and a deep cleaning. Key was hard to retrieve from lockbox. Host was very responsive. Great home for college students or families visiting JSU.

Absolutely lovely stay! Had to book last minute (20 minutes prior to arrival) on CHRISTMAS DAY and our host was there to help us. Super host for sure. Very kind and helpful. Recommended local restaurants and local stores. House was in fabulous condition, neat and cozy. Kids played in the backyard and the view in the evenings from the front porch is gorgeous. Nice big beds, screened in back porch with a swing, a carport too. Washer and dryer, Keurig (lifesaver), internet, blankets to cuddle up with, beast of a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Plenty of seating for my family of 5. It was nicely decorated for the holidays and such a pleasant surprise for our arrival on Christmas day. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area. I also forgot some items and she was incredibly helpful to make sure they found their way back home. 10/10 recommend.

She’s absolutely the easiest person to talk with. Always takes care of every issue and quick to respond. We will always stay in one of her places when we are in the Jackson area.
