Monthly Rentals in First Encounter Beach

This was one of the nicest places I have stayed. Very clean. Beautiful surroundings…the sunsets were incredible as well! Excellent communication with Jack. My family and I are already planning on when we will go back.

Beautiful area, clean apartment, easy access, lots of closet space, nice bathroom and view from small deck. Loved the fact that we didn’t need to bring our own bed linens, towels or beach chairs! A minor critique is the bed could have been a bit bigger ( didn’t feel like a queen?) and a bit more comfortable. overall, a great place to stay and we recommend it! A great value! I have vacationed in Eastham my entire life and have rented several homes in the area. This is a great location in terms of access to the bayside—particularly in the busy summer months where parking can be tough. While it doesn’t sleep as many as other similarly priced rentals, it was a great size and very comfortable for my family of 5 (all older kids). The upstairs in particular is well renovated and every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the summer!

We had an amazing week in Eastham at Billy and Beth’s place! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of privacy. It was also wonderfully quiet and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. Billy and Beth are fantastic hosts—friendly and generous. Their love for music was a delightful bonus, and we even got to hear Billy and his friend Bob play at the Yardarm in Orleans. It was a great experience and added a special touch to our stay. If you’re curious about how American entrepreneurship in the mid-20th century, plexiglas, and a famous Hollywood actress are connected to Billy’s history, be sure to ask him. It’s a fascinating story! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
