Very well equipped, with very nice terrace. The host is very kind and allowed us to arrive in advance because the accommodation was free. Host has provided us with information about the surrounding area. The listing matches the photos well and in addition there is a large space to park the car. Within 30 minutes drive you can visit the charming little town of Nemi and then stop at Castel Gandolfo (Secondary Residence of the Pope). If you want to go to Rome, the train is about ten minutes' walk away.

We were a large group of 22. The villa including the extra house fit my party perfectly. We were all comfortable and have nothing but praises about the villa and the staff.. All of our accommodations were very clean. Giulio was responsive with all of my many questions and requests. The staff on site was phenomenal. Jose was always there when we had a question or change to our schedule. He checked up on our group multiple times during the day. He always checked our schedule the night before and had our doors unlocked and ready for us to leave the villa. He always came around at night even when we got in late from our day excursions to make sure the villa was locked at night. The villa is out in the countryside and the views and area are breathtaking. The villa was completely safe with absolutely no issues. We had breakfast served to us daily as well as a dinner on the last night of our stay. The food was very EXCELLENT! The dinner setup outside was so beautiful and perfect. Perfect stay

This is a great place to stay, and Carla is an amazing host. She has great recommendations and is always very responsive. We had everything we needed: a kitchen, bathroom, high speed internet, washing machine, rack for drying clothes. Carla did everything she could do to make the place feel like home. We stayed for around 1 month, it worked well for us. Good location: the station is 2 mins walk, with a 20 min train to Rome but the last train is at 9:21pm. We did have some bad experiences that were not Carla’s fault. The internet went out in our area, and as working professionals, this impacted us significantly (but Carla reimbursed us). One week, our neighbours did construction in their apartment, including breaking walls. This was very loud and prevented us from sleeping well. The diagonal building neighbour locks their barking dog outside for many hours, which was bad for light sleepers like us. Besides that, it was perfect! Carla did everything a good host can.

Margherita is a wonderful host. She responds quickly to all messages and is very kind. Due to arriving at night, she allowed us to self check-in. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. Some of the furniture is a bit older, but everything is clean and the most important appliances (like a bed, some of the bathroom fixtures) are new. The only downside is the location - on the outskirts of the city, but it is quite easy to get to the center (the bus from the house takes us to the end of the metro line A), so it takes about 40 minutes to get to the center, all on one ticket (valid in Rome for 100 minutes and allows for transfers). On the ground floor of the buildings there are two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a coffee bar, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
