Full cottage close to poolside hot springs

The place was as seen in the photos, spacious, extremely pleasant, clean, tidy. The place is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and family. Lucas and Adela communicated in a very friendly way and were extremely attentive. I appreciate having met me and my family. It was our first time in Federacion and when we come back I would definitely stay in his house again.

Marcelo was super attentive, he waited for us to check in, since due to climatic issues we were unable to arrive at the agreed schedule. The place is great, everything you need to cook, and super clean. We recommend 100%, we would definitely come back

We love it!!! We had amazing days, and the photos don't compare to what the house really is. It is super spacious and the layout is very good, we felt right at home. The very comfortable armchairs, and the nicest thing is that they have the view of the river. The beach is just like in the photos, you are completely alone. Everything was very clean, the bathroom comfortable and the beds as well. It is convenient to shop before entering the house so you don't have to go out the same day, we also like that there is a pantry with some things you could buy from the owner of the house in case you were missing anything. Something to note is that there are quite a few toads and frogs, this is not necessarily something bad because there would be no other bugs like spiders, but it is something to take into account if they scare you. This is an ideal place if you like nature, and if you have pets because they can walk quietly without danger. We are very happy with the days we spent and will surely come back!

Comfortable house for 4 or 5 people. Nice and centrally-located neighborhood, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Just minutes away from the hot springs, parade and beaches. Mariana the girl who received us very kind and charming, she was always attentive to our stay and that we felt comfortable. Nicolás was always very quick and friendly in answering all inquiries. Both excellent hosts.

The house is beautiful, super comfortable and just as seen in the photos. Constanza was always attentive to our concerns. The first day the pool was dirty but immediately took care of coming to clean it. We really enjoyed the garden, the pool, and the grill. The area is very quiet, you are 10 minutes from downtown, but in a more relaxed environment. Definitely recommend!

About the house itself: very comfortable and with a large patio. We went in summer and was ideal for some mates in the terde/night when returning from the pool. It has a grill, ideal for sharing an asado as a family. About the area, it is 50 meters from the shopping center of the city, it is super comfortable to go walking and touring the shops. It is also very few blocks from the thermal park (about 5 blocks), so unbeatable. The place is very quiet, quiet and with easy access for the vehicle. There is a bakery on the corner and a supermarket less than 100 meters away. The hygiene of the place is very good, and the host was very good, always responded quickly and offered us suggestions on what to visit, in addition to the fact that there were leaflets for that purpose in the house. The kitchen has everything we need. Definitely a place to recommend.

We felt very comfortable in Silvina's house, the house was very comfortable for us 4, the patio I loved it, it has a beautiful huerta, many plants that were visited by butterflies every day, very quiet place. The center and the hot springs were very close, the river 1 block away, beautiful views. Will definitely be back

We stayed in this apartment and had a great experience. Its location is unbeatable, a few minutes walk from the thermal baths, which allows you to enjoy the place without the need to use the car. Also, there are restaurants and shops nearby, which makes everything very practical. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. The garage, although a little tight to maneuver with very large cars, perfectly fulfills its function. We especially highlight the attention of Mirta, who was very friendly and attentive.

All five of us had a great time. Jesica from the beginning is very attentive, very nice answering every question we asked her and offering us options to improve our stay there. The accommodation is beautiful, it is as you can see in the photos and what we enjoyed the most was the TRANQUILITY OF THE PLACE and above all the beautiful pool that the complex has. It is ideal if they come with a car, although if not so there is not so much problem because it is about 600 meters from the Baths and restaurants of the city. We will definitely return
