The perfect weekend getaway! MIm's Barn was perfectly quaint, cozy, and charming. We loved the tennis court, spa, and the peaceful surroundings. The local guidebook was very helpful and the proximity to Sky Meadows State Park was a plus! Thanks to our hosts for creating such a lovely, welcoming spot.

We had a wonderful time in this great house! The house was big with everything you could ask for. Our daughter was getting married at Rock Hill farm which is only 3.5 miles away and the house provided us a quiet, peaceful place to come home to after a busy day and evening. There were sheep grazing beside the house! We didn’t get a chance to tryout the spa and pool, but maybe next time. We highly recommend!!!

This property is beautiful and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. They are super responsive and offered great suggestions on local restaurants and how to navigate getting to and from the city. They are super hospitable and the house is even nicer than you can imagine. We will be back.

My mum & I came to town for a long weekend getaway for some hiking. What a lovely historic home!! The rustic cabin set back on this farm was just perfect to relax. I especially enjoyed the cats and horse! The fruit was a nice touch and having breakfast items and other food items in the fridge was great! Patti was very responsive and we enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Culpeper Oasis. Our hosts were extremely thorough and responsive, and the house was absolutely gorgeous! Teresa and Jeff were INCREDIBLE hosts! We stayed at their property for our anniversary weekend and they made it so special for us. Everything was as described AND MORE, I truly could not have asked for a better anniversary weekend! Teresa and Jeff were so kind, the place was so peaceful, and it was such a pleasure meeting them. We saved this spot and hope to come back every season when we can to experience the beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. I cannot say enough kind words about these two!

We stayed at Raquel’s place after visiting a winery in Linden and headed to D.C. the next day, so it was convenient! The basement was private and exactly what we needed for the night. We took advantage of the ping pong table which was fun. Thanks! Would stay again!

It was so kind of Julie and Donald to share their home with us. We at first sought out their airbnb for its dog friendly atmosphere but it was all that and more. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The setup is private enough for everyone to have their own space but has great living areas as well. The master bath is phonemonal, from the heated towel rack and the spa-like shower room complete with great shower jets! We highly recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We're very grateful to have found this listing in the Manassas area. It was the perfect base for our visit over Thanksgiving, very comfortable, well maintained, beautiful inside/out, and wonderfully located. We were able to take advantage of the Bull Run Battlefield Park and trails, conveniently located just steps from the spacious backyard. Our Host, Val, was most accommodating and responsive during the entire visit since she occupies the apartment at the lower level of this amazing home. She most graciously provided all the fixings for waffles and coffee for our first morning there, also gifting us cookies and popcorn for an evening snack. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms was available for consumption or use. Music soothed us during morning coffee and Prime Video entertained us in the late evenings. Forest Walk is a home-away-from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
